OK but definitely not as high-end as the photos suggest. Location is good. Towels are threadbare and are well overdue replacing.

my room didnt have hair dryer. my sisters' room didnt have air-cond. my room was more expensive than my sisters' rooms but was so basic and ugly. their rooms were so nice. my room didnt even have a window. very claustrophobic. the only positive is the location - walking distance to Jonker Walk

Stayed in the celebration suite. In-room jacuzzi was good! The cabinet under the sink was falling apart though. The sheets and pillows were NOT CLEAN. Didn't dare to touch the sofas either.

Friendly stuff, clean facilities, nice breakfast, close to jonker street.

The facade is all colonial but the amenities are few. Parking was sparse and outdoor on rocky surface. The towels and other hotel supplies were below my expected standard. Having stayed at other colonial type of hotels, I expected a higher standard. Even the welcome area / reception was dull and not inviting but the hotel room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was OK.

It was a comfortable stay and proximity to Jonker walk and Melaka Gurdwara was perfect

The receptionist is not friendly and doesn't even explain where the breakfast is until I ask. The room carpet smell and is old. Not worth the money paid.

The building outside look nice but the service and facilities were very dissappointing. Firstly, the receptionist not very attentive. She only provide my breakfast voucher when I request (she didnt aware). Secondly, the room was small and didnt provide tower. Third, the breakfast area was really small and lack of choices. The breakfast tasted bad too. Please reconsider.

Avg room with avg service..

Unique boutique hotel within walking distance rom historical sites and Jonker Street. But quite disappointed our breakfast was not available due to Chef on emergency leave.
