Very centrally placed...beds are a bit small.

The property was well located in downtown Lausanne. Check in was strenuous without access to a cell phone and the office being closed for two days due to an emergency. Other residents were very helpful. Safe location. The off-site person responded quickly to e-mails when we had WiFi. Unlike other accommodations, the city Transport card was not provided and we were not told of that situation ahead of time. The transit card provides free public transit in Lausanne, which is very helpful, and is paid for by the Tourist tax charged.

The property was so ideal given my length of stay in Lausanne. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is in a good location. Big rooms and nice bathrooms. We also had a decent size balcony. The only negative was the bed head; which was cracked and sticky.. was not pleasant.

We stayed here in the last week of June 2019, when the heat wave hit much of Europe. There was no AC in the room, and the windows had no sun-blocking curtains (only some decorative strings of small beads hanging from the window). The room temperature reached 35C+ and stayed hot until after 10PM.It was impossible to sleep in the room. We asked for fans, which never came in the four days we stayed there. It was a total disaster

it’s exactly what an apartment should be with things you need

We had a booking for two studio apartments. They refused one room on the day of a confirmed pre paid booking. And they offered no support at all. The staff was rude . Hotels.com customer service also was slow and dint come up with a solution after 3+ hours on the phone with them. The bed is too small to fit two adults. Location is okay. But overall would definitely not recommend to anyone under any circumstances.

I would not recommend staying here. The shower was broken for the entirety of our 5 day stay, and despite both emailing and talking to reception within 24 hours of checking in, nothing was done. There are no curtains so be prepared to wake up with the sun.

Great for the price!

We loved the modern design apartment and great expanse of glass overlooking the cathedral. Would have liked an exterior light for the access keypad numbers at night and at the gate.
