Needs a massive facelift and reno

Bed-so comfy. Room-clean as could be. AC needs dehumidifier added. AC could not keep up with the stuffiness of the humidity. Location-perfectly centered Beach access-can’t use hotel access due to overgrowth. Have to use public access next door. Property-falling apart!! The pictures on the listing are years old. I can’t believe how far this property has fallen into disrepair. But as I said above, it was clean as it could be and was comfy. We didn’t really have a lot of choice in staying for not. Everything else was booked. We were told that they were renovating walk ways before arrival. NO!! 1/2 of the outer hotel was torn off and we had construction noice every day. Honestly, they should have shut down the hotel and renovated everything at once. Because the whole thing, inside & out needs it. I asked about interior Reno and was told none was planned. Huge disappointment. Would we stay here again, yes, BUT after interior/exterior reno is complete!

DO NOT STAY!! DANGEROUS CONSTRUCTION ZONE

Hotel is literally an active construction zone. The parking lot is dangerous and they caution taped around my car and hotel room when I came out in the morning. There was sharp shards of concrete, nails and other construction debris that a someone especially a Child could easily hurt themselves on. You'll be woken up in the morning by jackhammering or other construction equipment. I have zero idea how they are allowed to rent rooms out in these conditions. They did say that they are remodeling the pool and some areas but they didn't mention that the hotel is absolutely unsuitable for guests. The bed was comfy and the room very clean, late check in was easy but they should never have rented me our a room in the first place. Absolutely unacceptable. When I brought this to the attention of the staff they said they will keep it in mind. Do not stay here. I'm sure it was and will be again a great hotel. But for now it was just dangerous and chaotic.

Definitely would stay there again!

It wasn’t a bad stay at all. I felt like I was in my own little apartment which made it super comfortable to stay in. I really didn’t have any issues except having to be right by the tv to turn it on. But I don’t really watch tv so it didn’t bother me. Overall it was great!

Much needed renovation in progress.

The pool was filled with black water with stuff floating in it. They are, however, in the process of renovations. Unfortunately, the television wasn't working, the balcony door difficult to open and close and in general, was in a somewhat dilapidated state. Staff, however, friendly. No phone in room to call office if needed.

I'd call and check construction and pool or beach

Basically the room looked nice as the pictures. But half the place was under construction and the pool was green and obviously not opened. The bathroom cabinets had massive amounts of chipped paint. Couch was thee most uncomfortable thing. And for 4 guests we got one pillow each and only 2 towels. WHICH we had to use for our leaking fridge. The floor was all wet non stop. I would not book again.

Worst place EVER

It was the worse stay ever . We had someone pounding on the door at 3:45 am . They wanted in and I thought the door was going to get busted in . They kept screaming to open up . I wanted to call security but there are no phones in the room . NEVER , NEVER , NEVER stay there .

It was advertised as the pool being closed which was fine the pool was closed it was bright green and roped off. But it was never mentioned that the rest of the facility was under construction. The elevator was very old and unsafe the certificate expired a year and a half ago. The room was spotlessly clean the staff was very nice. As long as you don’t plan on spending any time around the property it’s a good stay. We weren’t there to enjoy the amenities, although there were none at all. It is currently a construction site and it should be listed as such on your website. It is under renovation, half of the parking lot is roped off. There is no handicap parking. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so as soon as you turn the shower on it fogs up for over an hour, there is nothing to hold onto in the shower, The staff was very nice. There is no coffee maker in the room although I was told there was coffee available in the lobby. The best thing is it’s close to everything.

The room was not worth the price. I paid for an ocean view and it was a partial view of the ocean. The room did not have a microwave which I have never seen before. The shower water does not get hot enough. I won’t stay here again.
