B&B I Am Here - Central Station

To start i communicated late arrival at the bnb, i was told to wait at the entrance and i had to pay 10 euros late checkin fee. I arrived and waited then messaged the property no response. Then i called the property they seemed seemingky unaware of my arrival, then hung up to call me back. I waited some more a nice girl had let me inside. Then i received a call that someone would meet me. Someone arrived around 2130 i was arriving around 2105. The person arrived and i asked why i was waiting he laughed and said no problem. Then we walked around 8 to 10 minutes to my actual lodging area with me carrying all my luggage no assistance. I asked why they didnt meet me there as it was muchcloser to the station and easier for me with luggage. No good answer was given the guy shrugged. When we arrived i told him i shouldnt pay the late checkin fee for all my troubles and waiting so long. He just kept repeating you pay me 19 euros. This stay was dirty, no ac, with the window open the mosquitos cane in to bite me. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom old. The pictures are very unlike the actual room. I highly recommend to book elsewhere. Through another place. It was cheap but not even clean and the customer service left was lacking. They will hold your luggage at checkout for a fee. There is no breakfast just coffee and a crunchy bread package with jam packets. The best part about the stay was the very helpful and pleasant cleaning lady. Hostel would have been a better option.

We stayed on via Lazzaroni, as they have more than one apartment. Very close to all the metro stations, shared biking stations etc, 30 minutes away from the dome and very close to restaurants, carrefour etc. The worst was the beds, metallic and old, they squeak at every turn at night, I had to call the second day to ask for fresh towels, the shared bathroom was always dirty, although this is the other visitors fault, our room, was the only of the 4 in the apartment that did not have a closet.

Plus: A nice detail to have the coffee and sweets available as an warm welcome. Tho room itself was ok. Minus: The shared bathromm were overused since all the rooms were fully occupied.

Quiet place, cozy room, everything is clean, friendly stuff. Tea, coffee, snacks available all day and night. Hairdryer in the room, big mirror, computer desk and even small wardrobe. Perfect location. Recommend!

One of the worst experiences of my life.. Total ripped off.. Showed double bed picture and given triple room with no refund of their deceiving service.. Stay away.. Filthy place with shared toilet next to the kitchen.. Ruined my birthday

To whom it may concern, I have vacated B&B I am Here - central station, room 2 as of 9:15am I found your accommodation less than satisfactory. I was under the impression that this was a bed and breakfast with shared bathroom, WiFi and air conditioning when I made the booking. The following did not meet my expectations: 1. There was now instructions about calling a phone number to gain entry. 2. The person who showed me the room thought I was staying one night, instead of the 6 nights. I think his name was Sa? 3. I was informed that breakfast was not included, however, there is coffee, tea etc available at anytime. Picture on website show toaster/kitchen. 3. The air conditioning to me was a fan! The room was never cool or comfortable and considering the 30c plus days in Milan, I found it uncomfortable during the day and unbearable to sleep at night. I had to open the window to allow cool air in, which also meant the mosquitos annoyed me during the night. 4. Where I was sitting in room 2 is about 5 metres from the router on the 1st floor. I have a smart phone and tablet. The connection to both kept dropping out to my frustration, at times it would take up to 15 minutes to reconnect. This every 5 to 10 minutes. I then had to sit beside the router to connect and have continued connection. This I did on more than one occasion. During the next 2 days ( Friday & Saturday) I search for alternate accommodation and was able to find that suited my needs.

Okay room if you only need a place to store your things and a bed to sleep in. Very near central station about 5 minutes walk. Got there at 10am. The place is in an apt. Bldg, very easy to find. My only gripe is that check in is in another site about 10 minutes away which was not clear at the time of booking. We rang the bell,waited for an hour and no answer. There is a phone listed, but we are tourist on a budget (hence this kind of accommodation) therefore no local phone unless you want to pay 💰 for long distance calls! At 3pm got an email giving instructions on how and where to go to check in! This should have been done upon confirmation of the booking!

Check-in is in an office that is a bit of a walk away from the actually lodging location and charges 2€ per piece of luggage they hold in storage before check-in. The shared bathroom (for a single, double and triple room) was a mess with a broken shower head holder, which must be held by hand.
