This Sobe has several rooms all of which appear to have been built at the same time. The rooms are spotless, modern, and spacious. We were much impressed with our reception, the amenities, and the included complimentary breakfast. Easily accessible from the freeway. The Zadar Old Town is a mere 15 min. walk away (but you also can drive there and park in the large lot just outside the gate). A most pleasant experience.

This was a very nice small inn, very comfortable and with a spacious room. The staff was extremely friendly and helped out on what to see and where to eat in Zadar old town. Breakfast was average but had all the essentials and we had it always on the lounge chairs outside brought in a tray by the staff. Lovely stay.

Excellent hotel. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Answered all of our questions. Very clean and modern. On site parking was free and easy to find. I wish we stayed more than one night!!!

I had booked the room many months in advance, but I was going into it as simply a place to sleep (we have family close by but their accommodations were fully booked). It is very close to the bus terminal, but that makes no difference to us - the place was beautiful, quiet, and clean!!! I would definitely stay here again! A OT of sites are within a very short walking distance from here.

Super clean room. Comfy bed. HUGE lovely shower. The hotel was great, would definitely stay here again. Right near the bus station for easy travel in and out of zadar, and a short 20 minute walk to old town. Easy to get an Uber to the airport as well

Really modern and comfortable hotel outside of the old city of Zadar, but an easy 15 minute walk in and 150m from the beach. The staff were really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful or informative. Parking is at a premium in Zadar so having parking at the hotel was a bonus. Good value and we took the breakfast option which was a generous plate of pastries, yoghurt and fruit. If you do take the breakfast option then note that there's no dining room and some rooms don't have tables but there's some seating outside. There's also a supermarket 100m away which is useful for supplies.There's also a small kitchen for guests to use next to reception. Great stay and highly recommended.
