Harmony Phnom Penh Hotel

Hot water was non-existent for first three days. Front desk was never able to exchange currency, citing not enough small bills. My girlfriend is of Cambodian descent and although she was registered as guest, guards kept treating her as street girl, asking for ID. Booked taxi to airport and although it was booked the day before, the front desk did not call for taxi until we came down to check out. Taxi ended up being 20 minutes late.

Had a good stay at harmony. Was strange that the room service could not supply us with breakfast tea bags. Area was crowded. Facilities were good

Good location, next to local market and the river walk, very convenient, plenty of local and established restaurants, massage, and convenient store. Hot water work well, air conditioning is a little weak and can only get down to 17 degree Celsius. Restaurant served simple but decent breakfast with variety of Asian and European choice including hot tea, coffee, and orange juice. Room have safe. Bathrope, and slippers. Hotel is open 24 hours and have front desk personnel at all hours. Good hotel to stay, we recommended!

I loved my stay at Harmony Hotel. My room was sleek and modern with an amazing view of the Royal Palace and the river. As an added bonus you could see the Royal Palace from your Spa shower and the balcony was large with comfortable seating. I also loved the large infinity pool with views of the river. As an added bonus the fish amok was delicious. The Hotel is centrally located and as an added bonus you have an amazing local food market steps for the front door of the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

I liked the hotel in many ways, clean, comfortable, good breakfast and the front desk tried to be helpful. They have one of the most beautiful rooftop pool and view looking over the river and city. Unfortunately I found staff in the bar and restaurant not very trained for hospitality. They seemed suspicious and curt. Also the hours of the Jacuzzi and pool are crazy. They finish at 8pm, when many guests want to relax after a dinner and have a jacuzzi and swim while enjoying the night and lights. I would suggest that they make the rooftop service and hours reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel.
