Guest House Inn Junction City

The person at the desk was friendly enough but I was greeted with the fact they tried charging my card before I had arrived. It had been declined since I just got a new card with a changed exp. Date and had planned on fixing it upon arrival. Ive never had my card charged before I checked in. The room was filthy, carpet was stained, holes in the walls and when I tried to take a relaxing bath the water was a brown color and left a brown color on the washcloth I had intended on using... It was far from the relaxing night I had planned on with my husband..

Booked the hotel for my trip because it was cheap, wasn't expecting too much, but my friends and I were very pleased! Very quaint, quiet atmosphere, kind respectful staff, comfortable rooms! Very pleased and will go back if I'm ever in Junction City again!

The service was fine, very friendly, however the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I think i have laid on. The internet was very unreliable, lucky we had good phone service. I had family staying in another room and theybsaid their room was equally uncomfortable and also reeked of cigarettes to the point of making them noxious. Also, fhe air conditioner units kept going on and off making for the most obnoxious sound.

It was close to our venue at the winery in cheshire.

It was quiet. It was an old facility. Bed was very uncomfortable. It was ok for the price.

Convenient location, seemed pretty clean but hard to tell since everything felt very old and out of date, flat pillows and mediocre bed, bare bones amenities but sufficient for visiting your college kids or just passing through

There were not any other options in Junction City so we had no choice but to stay here as we were visiting family from out of town. The rooms were very outdated, bed hard, pillows flat, towels were super thin and had hard water stains on them. The only plus was that I felt the room and bathroom were clean and the staff friendly. I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels for the same price as this hotel charges, but like I said before, there were no better options in town. Next time we’ll probably just make the 20 minute drive to Eugene.

Good clean comfortable stay

Very basic and no breakfast. Guess I didn't check the listing well enough. Also, when I tried to get to the property there was a big "event" going on directly in front of the hotel. Air horns, big trucks, shouting, and the road closed. Thankfully there was access via the alley. It would have been nice to receive direct notification of the road closure and event since it was very frustrating.
