Hotel Emma

Location is great, the breakfast is a bonus, 3rd floor balcony is awesome. The only thing I thought was holding it back was how tiny the studio room is! The view is nothing to write home about, but I guess you get what you pay for. My second time staying at this hotel, it gets the job done.

Very limited car parking spaces (6) and very tight to go in and out (reverse to back out so be careful if you have a big car. Otherwise good location and easy walk to most attractions

A great place to stay for a quick trip. Close to the rail station. Shops, bars in close vicinity. And not expensive.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room has everything you need and is very clean. Good breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

I booked Hotel Emma they were overbooked due to technical issue and placed me in a another hotel of my choice hence the whole experience was unpleasant and negative. I complaint and I was quoted policy procedures and that they had placed me in a better hotel which was not the case. They put their policy procedure before their customer. I have completely lost my faith I choose hotel Emma because of the reviews but reality was something else. All I got was a email apology instead of a genuine effort to rectify this situation offered a choice or a refund.

Hotel Emma is a well located and affordable hotel in Rotterdam. I found the staff to be helpful and very good to interact with. Nearby are nice restaurants and bars and it was an easy walk to conference venues and the more "upmarket" parts of town where the big hotels are.

Great central location. If you are traveling light easy walk from Central Train Station and very easy walk to museums and great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was varied with very good choices and times available. If you are looking for a American style large lobby with restaurant experience this is not your hotel but if you want a clean, friendly centrally located hotel for an active adventure this is it. We would stay there again and we would recommend to friends

Very nice hotel. Everything was good. I highly recommend Hotel Emma for staying in Rotterdam.

In a very good location and handy for walking everywhere. The room was great with good facilities and all the staff were very kind and helpful. It can be a bit noisy late at night as people leave nearby bars but then it's quiet and traffic noise isn't apparent.
