Costa 3S Beach

This was the worst hotel Iv ever stayed at, the staff were rude, the food was extremely poor, me and my partner had to eat out for breakfast lunch and dinner due to the lack of choice in the all inclusive buffet.My partner got food poisoning from the snack bar. We were visiting for a special occasion as we had just got engaged. On arrival the receptionist couldn’t do enough for us, he was really helpful.Everything went downhill from there, we had to make a complaint to the food and beverage manager, he said ‘ sorry’ and that was it! The staff at this hotel were extremely rude, we were completely ignored on numerous occasions at the bar.I have never made a complaint at any hotel I have visited but DO NOT stay at this hotel.The only positive was the fact I didn’t take my children as I would have to have moved hotels.There is NOTHING for children. I am highly disappointed and upset about the choice of hotel I made and certainly would not recommend to anyone.Complete nightmare from start to finish

Super essen, sehr nettes personal .alles in einem einfach nur klasse .strand ist direkt vor dem hotel. Das hotel hat ein eigenes pool.

Mittelklasse Hotel, die Besetzung der Rezeption war sehr unerfahren. Das Essen ging so, teilweise zu wenig Sitzplätze in Restaurant und zu wenig liegen am Strand. Die Kellner waren aber sehr nett und freundlich.

Çok iyi karşılandık özellikle Mehmet bey çok iyi ilgilendi.

Bu sene işletme devralınmış sanırım acemiliklerine veriyoruz fakat daha çok geliştirmeleri gereken şey var. Temizlik konusunda pandemi sebebiyle daha dikkat etmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Otel dış mekan olarak güzeldi bu güzelliğin odalarada yansımasını diliyorum kendi adlarına.

Deniz kenarı dinlenebileceğiniz çok güzel bir otel. Memnun kaldık. Yemekler ve temizlik çok iyiydi. Tavsiye ederim.

I'm so disappointed.. the hotel wasn’t clean .. the beverages was disgusting! The beer was ok .. the food was basic but good (the salad wasn’t good at all) snacks was okey.. the gym area smelled bad .. and there is nothing to workout .. there were some machines, but not clean and unusable ! The pool was clean .. and to expensive for what it is .. NEVER AGAIN

Otel genel olarak güzel. Konumu iyi ve denize sıfır. Odalar da iyi durumda. Ancak işletmesi ve yemekleri berbat. Çalışanlar acemi ve sorun bildirdiğiniz anda tersleniyorlar, müşteriye saygıları sıfır. Yemek çeşidi olarak az denenemez ama yencek yemek ve temiz tabak bulmak imkansız. Bir önceki akşamın yemekleri ve özellikle salataları ertesi gün öğle yemeğinde karşınıza çıkıyor. Sabah kahvaltıları için tost makinesi koymuşlar, tost makinesi bozuk. Bu durumu çalışana bildirdiğimizde ‘Bozuk işte şu anda ne yapabilirim idare ediverin.’ Gibi bir tepki aldık.
