Location is nice but service needs improvements

In general holel location and pools are very good. But, SegAways that are rented by hotel are disturbing. SegAway riders use pedestrian road in the middle of the gardens which must be just for walkers. Food especially with meat are limited in the restaurant, need to be hurry !

Me and my wife planned to make a 3-days vacation and start searching. Kemer, Göynük, Olimpos, Çıralı... this area has very good nature and a beautiful sea, we know that. At least we decided to book this hotel, it seemed that price/quality balance is good. But unfortunately it is not. First, beach and sea is not bad but it is rocky. But both are clean. Pools are clean as well. Rooms are comfortable. If you have a chance, book first floor. Some of them has access to pools. Meals are very tasteless. There is not enough variety. You can find same thing in every meal even in breakfast! If you can find someone when you are eating, there is a possibility that you can have it at the end of your meal. Otherwise no chance, nobody asks nothing. Animations are very amateur. The worst thing about hotel is their price policy. I decided to extend my vacation when I arrived hotel. I checked Expedia and I saw that there is %40 sale for the hotel. And it contains the day that I already book with higher price. It is normal but when I spoke to an administrator of hotel to make a special price for my extended days, they gave me higher price than internet sites! He said I will arrange you Alacart restaurant for free but I already booked it for free! First day I couldn't reach him. If I cancel my booking via internet and redo it again, it would be work. But instead I listened the guy in the reception and wait.I paid much more.There is lots of better and professional hotels around you can choose

Good Hotel Let Down By Sporadic Service

Went in october half term, 2 adults & 2 children. Hotel is exactly as the website pictures - very nice looking, good facilities, water slides are certainly above average for a hotel. What let the hotel down was : * The hotel didnt seem to have enough staff. This meant that many of the facilities were only partially open. For example, normally only about half the slides would be running, there would be a queue for drinks at the bar, and many of the staff seemed permanently hassled. It was a quiet period with lower occupancy, so they clearly cut staff numbers, but perhaps cut them a little too much for the volume of guests. * The food was almost exactly the same every day. The food itself in the main restaurant was fine, but by the end of the week it was good to leave. As a result of the low staff numbers, the other restaurants onsite that offered different types of food were mostly closed. All in all, it was a good week, but I wouldnt go to this hotel again.

Amazing Resort in Kemer, Antalya

Spent 10 days at Sherwwod Club Kemer and it was an amazing experience. the scenery is beautiful with mountains behind you and the sea in front of you while your relaxing in a wooded it is simply amazing. Staff was kind and helpful, food and drinks quality was good, resort was clean. its well designed, not huge which is a plus, everything is within 4-5 min walking distance. the pools are incredible specially the ones surrounded by the rooms they are quite and perfect for sunbathing or reading and relaxing. i would definitely recommend Sherwood Club Kemer.

Beautiful location

Nice hotel and property. The all inclusive buffets served a wide variety of cuisine. Mostly good quality and delicious food. The water park is very nice. There are lots of swimming pools. Cons, No internet in the rooms, despite their claim. In public areas, there is internet at a very low speed. Dont expect to use anything more than email. Water park only runs 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. The water park opened 10 minutes late and closed 10 minutes early every day shortening the available time. They were late picking up our luggage after repeated calls and prior arrangement and nearly caused us to miss our flight. The telephone in the room didnt work and wasnt repaired in our 5 days there. Not ultra all inclusive because you have to pay for bikes, water sports, and a la carte restaurants.

Konaklamamızda aile odası kiraladık. Odamız çift katlıydı. Çocuklarımız aile odası olmasına rağmen altta bulunan 3lü koltuktan yapılan yatakta yatmak zorunda kaldı. Üstelik odanın geneli gibi koltuklar da oldukça kirliydi. Bizi bu tatilde en rahatsız eden şey odamızda, ortak tuvaletlerde ve hatta asansörlerde bile karşımıza çıkan temizlik sorunu oldu. Anladığımız kadarıyla yaşanan sıkıntı personel azlığıydı ancak pandemi döneminde en özendikleri konu temizlik olmalıydı.

Yemek ve Animasyon Düzeltilmeli

POZİTİF: - Otel personeli harika. Restoran, bar, animasyon hepsi çok harikalar. Gerçekten de sizin iyi tatil geçirmeniz için her türlü çabayı gösteriyorlar. Özellikle Bar'dan Erhan, Olcay, Seyfullah. Animasyon'dan Faruk, Caner, Ömer, Tuba ve daha ismini sayamayacağım diğer tüm arkadaşlarımıza çok teşekkür ediyorum. - Otelin konumu ve dizaynı çok güzel. Havuzları ve erişilebilirlik bakımından çok iyi. - Otelin içecek kısmı inanılmaz iyi. Yıllardır kemer bölgesinde pek çok otelde konakladım ve hiç birinde Sherwood kalitesinde içecek görmedim. - Sneak bar kısmı harika, Gilbert bar inanılmaz. 24 saat yiyecek içecek erişimi de ayrıca zevkli bir durum. Her türlü yeme içmeye erişim mevcut. - Aqua park kısmı çok güzel. Orda ayrı restoran ve içecek barlarının olması harika. - Havuzlu odalarda konakladık. Odamızın hemen balkonundan havuza girebiliyorduk. Orda ayrıca bar olması ve garson arkadaşların orda da içeceğimizi getirmesi ayrı bir olaydı. NEGATİF: Negatif kısma geleceksek eğer, biz otele eğlenmeye, güzel vakit geçirmeye gidiyoruz. Bu konuda en önemli olgulardan bazıları yemek, animasyon ve erişilebilirlik. Özellikle yemek ve animasyon Yemekler Çok kötü. Özellikle ana restoran'da hiç yemek yemek istemiyordum. Animasyon berbattı. Animatör arkadaşlar bireysel olarak çok yetenekli ama yönlendirme ve eğlence konusunda inanılmaz eksikler vardı. Yemek ve animasyon eksikliği bizi biraz sıktı açıkçası. Sonuç olarak çok sıkıcı bir tatildi. Saygılarla.

Genel Hatları İle Çok Beğendik Doğası, Konumu, Denizi, Aqua Parkı ve Yemekleri Vs Çok İyiydi. Sadece Otel Yeni Açılması Ve Kapasite Düşüklüğünden Kaynaklı Ufak Aksaklıklar Vardı.
