We had an absolutely amazing time at Rixoa premium Gocek. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Having stayed in the Rixos back in 2018 we were very impressed on our latest trip and would consider staying there again. Staff across all parts of the resort were very friendly and efficient. The quality of food was very good with a wide range of dishes. Particularly impressed by Azur lunches.The secret beach was kept immaculately clean as were all the publi sreas and toilets across the estate. Grounds were kept clean and tidy. Very sorry to leave.

Büşra on guest relations was excellent and kept in touch with us on what's app regularly. The spa organisation leaves much to the imagination! We made an appointment which didn't exist and could not be rearranged which was annoying since I had reserved it a month ago before even arriving at the hotel. In short, the food was good, the service was not the best. Not like other Rixos where I've stayed.

Nice hotel. Bad management. Lost something at the hotel and contacted guest relations. Had to contact guest relations and the reception several times after that. It turned out the item we lost was at a spot we had wanted them to look for but they never did. So it was never found. We called reception again for a 4th time an complained about that fact. Nobody got back to us or apologized till this day. This shows there is something wrong with the management.

Yemekler çok çok iyi, kahvaltı ihtiyacı çok iyi karşılıyor. Ancak oda temizliğim kötü. 5 gün kaldığımız yerde 4 gün çarşaflar değiştirildi. Sabun ilk gün konuldu, 4. gün personelden istememiz durumunda sabun elden teslim edildi. İkinci gün gelen başka türk Cumhuriyetinden gelen çalışan 3 dakikada temizlik yaptı ve gitti. 3 gün saat 16.30 odaya geldiğimizde personelde bizle beraber odaya geldi. Bizim dinlenmek için odaya girdiğimizde temizlik uygun değildi. Oda temizlenme işi daha ilk gün dahi kötüydü. 3 oda olarak gittiğimiz grubumuzun sadece bir odası hazır idi. Diğer iki odayı saat 15.00 ten sonra teslim edilebildi. İlk gün ne malzeme konulduysa istediğimiz sabun hariç başkaca malzeme -kulak pamuğu dahil- konulmadı
