Hôtel du Moulin d'Or

We booked this hotel at the last minute after our Air BnB was cancelled without warning. This hotel was very clean and the location was great for restaurants and the train stations. However, the room was very small and access to the reception and bedrooms was up very narrow stairs, which were awkward for carrying suitcases. Was a bit surprised to see the hotel address, room number and front door access code all on the same key ring! We would not stay here again purely because of the access.

We enjoyed the city's night life.the hotel itself was nice and quiet..and in a nice location of lille.. But on a down side.we have come up in a lot of bed bug bites.my daughter and her friend had over 30 of them on on there legs snd back.they slept in the bunkbeds..me and my wife dont have any at all we slept in the doinke bed.

Conveniently located near both the eurostar and lille stations and a short walk into the centre, it's a no frills basic hotel,it was clean and the girl on the reception was pleasant and helpful, small rooms but with everything you need, a little noisy but for my short stay in was satisfied, there is no lift and the stairs are quite steep so may not suit older travellers!

The bed was against a very drafty window. I was never warm as it was below 0 outside. They didn’t heat the corridors either. Even when the radiation was on high still cold. Had to run the hair dryer to warm myself and sleep in a coat

A quiet comfortable hotel just across the road from the Gare de Lille Flandres station. The rooms are clean and have most of what you might need. The lack of air conditioning is really the only concern during hot weather. Would recommend highly for short stays in Lille.

Drei Tage vor der Einreise musste ich meine Reise stornieren, weil sämtliche Flugverbindungen zwischen Österreich und Frankreich gestrichen wurden. Ich hatte mich zeitig an der Unterkunft gewendet mit einer Bitte, den abgebuchten Betrag mir zurückzuerstatten. Es ist wahr, ich hatte mit einem nicht stornierbaren Preis gebucht, aber unter den Umständen, wäre es doch ehrlich, oder? Mindestens vorzuschlagen, den Verlust 50/50 zu teilen. Leider hatte ich überhaupt keine Antwort bekommen. Hatte nochmals geschrieben. Selber Resultat. Das große Schweigen. Das finde ich schlicht schlecht.

Accueil froid , escalier peut pratique. La chambre etait belle et spacieuse mais froide.

Très bien situé à côté de la gare de Lille Flandres. Très propre et bon accueil. Seul bémol, il n'y a pas d’ascenseur.

Nous n'avons pas pu rentrer dans l'hôtel puisqu'il n'y avait pas de service de réception !!! Nous avons donc payé la nuit d'hôtel pour rien!! Nous sommes très déçus de cet établissement et de la centrale d réservation Hotels.com

Bon séjour, une seule petite remarque concernant la télévision avec de temps en temps des soucis de réception.
