Hi , the hotel was ok front view walk in reception was clean but the lady behind the desk wasn’t very kind or helpful , we got ar key went to are room , I was hoping for a great room as it was the superior sea view room wot we paid for and I opened door to find that in my appinion It was a standard room nice size , very small bathroom and small bath , the floor creaked every where u walk , bed you felt every spring and the room was very hot which I know it should be for this time off yr one window was new and the other was old , so I can’t recommend it sorry the best thing was the view from the window

We had a guaranteed booking for a superior room with balcony but on arrival we were giveta twin room with balcony. Reception we're dismissive and of no help. I booked this room specifically as it comes with a fridge and iron and ironing board, neither of which were in the room we were given. The hotel needs updating and a bit of tlc wouldn't go amiss. The hotel also states " no pets allowed" on its website but we had to share our balcony with 2 excitable Staffordshire terriers. Never again

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location, we would stay here again and would recommend if you want a nice homely comfortable stay.

Booked a room with a king size bed on the Hotels.com site but when we checked in and saw our room it only had a small double bed. Checked with front desk and showed them what I had booked and they told me they don’t have any king size bed and certainly nothing that looked like the photo on the Hotels.com website. So Hotels.com obviously has incorrect information posted on their site. The hotel staff were very helpful and they upgraded us to a sea view room with 2 single beds which was a lot better than the first room we were offered. Still disappointed in the disconnect between the hotel and the booking website. On a brighter note the hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Location of this hotel is excellent.

Hotel was worth £70 for one night stay. Nothing special but adequate including breakfast etc

It is an old hotel which has not kept up with the times. Having said that what was offered was acceptable. Location is great for beach and a short walk to town.

I had upgraded to a superior room with seaview at a much increased price only to find it to be a small room with a very poor shower facility. The hotel is tired and caters honestly for coach parties. Not a place to stay for a casual one or two nights. The bar service was poor and I had to send back beer from the pump because of it's taste. I cannot see me coming back.

Hotel was ok. Great sea view from room. Bathroom not fit for purpose. Bathroom door did not open fully as hot the sink behind it. Shower head filthy. Grim on tiles and around bath. Only noticed this on morning checking out as went to have shower. Mentioned it to reception said ok. No apology at at. Took pictures to share with hotels.com
