Layang Layang Guest House

The interior courtyard/water feature along with simple architecture and styling is quite nice and was the best aspect of the stay here. The decorations and wall graphics were unique and added an interesting touch to the place. Additionally the location is very central to key attractions, although Melaka isn't big, it's easy to access mostly everything on foot. Although staff were helpful when asked, I found them to be a little indifferent to anyone's presence there i.e. no interaction etc. On the other hand, the walls are super thin and you can hear everything inside the guest house and from the street. Similarly, if you are on the first floor, you will feel any movement outside your room or to an adjacent room as the floor boards easily transmit all movement and are squeaky. One thing I wasn't a fan of was being woken in the mornings to the sound of men clearing their throats violently/hawking up phlegm or whatever it is called. It was quite disgusting and was so loud it would wake me up and then went on for a few minutes. The shared showers/toilets were ok but didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. Also toilet paper was sometimes missing or wet as the showers/toilets are in the same room. Had to ask for a towel, wasn't in the room when I arrived, although not sure if that was freshly cleaned. Overall it was ok for a few days cheap stay in a private room and being centrally located but not sure if I would stay there again.

地点距离文化街非常的棒，里头还有小狗狗和小猫咪都很平易近人，环境很放松

如果晚上可以深入睡眠的人，建議可住這家，收費便宜，但是隔音非常不好不好，晚上一直聽見樓上的腳步聲和談話聲，另外床單黑黑的。

Good location and kind host, but noisy and not clean room. 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 네덜란드 광장과 존커워크에서 가깝습니다. 그리고 직원이 아주 친절합니다. 에어컨도 잘 되서 시원합니다. 하지만 복도 바닥이 나무로 되어있어서 걸을 때마다 소리가 매우 크고, 길목에서 떠드는 소리 등 소음이 좀 심합니다. 방에 조그만 테이블 하나만 놓여있어서 짐을 풀 공간이 적습니다. 그리고 저는 2층을 사용했는데, 2층은 공용 욕실이 깨끗한 편이 아니었고 벌레가 기어다녔습니다. 또한 2층은 욕실이 총 3개가 있는데 2개는 아주 좁습니다. 또한, 방에서 실수로 바디워시 통을 바닥에 떨어뜨렸는데, 먼지와 머리카락이 많이 묻었습니다.

晚上睡觉的时候听到隔壁大声说小声笑，隔音很差。墙壁就是一块薄薄的三夹板吧！ 设计很简约，院子中间有一棵花树，很漂亮，很有殖民地风味。 公用的厕所很脏，总是湿淋淋。我觉得工作人员应该勤劳一些，马来西亚就是如此潮湿，地上不容易干透，所以勤劳地拭擦也应该吧？ 员工很友善。
