Flats Friends Tetuán

Great property, great location, very incompetent checking. I could no pay through the web even though the reservation had been done four months ahead of time. Tried to pay and communicate multiple times, no response. No access code until payment. The only way to pay was by calling from Valencia. I hope they improve on that aspect. Other than that great experience.

A spacious, modern apartment close to good restaurants and many of the sights of the old city. Also the bus ride to the beach was easy and straightforward, door to door.

We returned to Valencia this year specifically to watch the Valencia Day celebrations. And what a spectacle they proved to be. We chose Flats Friends Tetuan because of the location, which turned out to be less than a minutes walk from the parade route. What a bonus!! The apartment is a short 25 minute stroll from the main railway station, but much less from the nearest Metro. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment, which had all amenities needed for a short 3 night visit. Surrounded nearby by some great bars and restaurants, and an easy 10 minute stroll to the cathedral and hop on hop off bus stop. It’s fair to say that, at the moment there are refurbishment works going on in adjacent properties, which did create some noise, but that is no fault of the apartment owners. Only slightly picky comment would be about the mattress which, although very comfortable, was for some reason fairly noisy when turning over in the night. (Think the occupants of the flat above had the same problem too as they seemed to test their mattress with amazing rapidity 😂) However I am happy to say that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment and would certainly return there next time we visit the beautiful city of Valencia.

We found the studio splendid. There was a smell of cigarette smoke when we first arrived, in contravention f prevailing regulations. The staff responded quickly when alerted, but the building does not feature on-site personnel, so there was nobody on hand to investigate and seek a solution. The units are contemporary in design and fully equipped. The street is quiet, for Spain! Management should put a do not slam sign at the exit door and should not allow dogs. The barking of a guest's dog was very annoying!

Good value, good location, reasonable rules

quelques détails à améliorer comme changer les éponges j’ai du en acheter il n’y a pas assez de chiffon de torchon pour pouvoir nettoyer la salle de bains, la cuisine,les chaises font un bruit pas possible quand on les déplace! Et l’isolation il y en a pas on entend absolument tout ce que font les voisins. Le plus la géographie en plein centre historique!

Amplio,luminoso,bonita decoracion,con todo lo necesario para pasar unos felices dias. Cama comodisima.Bien comunicado en el centro de todo bus, metro ,restaurantes , farmacias , supermercados . Sin duda volveremos.
