We enjoyed our stay and loved the atmosphere of the place, everything was clean and in good order. The location was very convenient and central. The only slight problem was the temperature of the water in the shower, which was a bit hard to regulate.

Great central location, comfortsble room and quiet.

A trip to Albany to see a play and avoid driving back to Denmark late at night avoiding the kangaroo. Short walk to and from theatre. And a warm comfortable bed for the night.

We arrived after 5:30 so Colette rang us to explain which room we were in and where the key was. The heater had also been turned on so we were greeted by a wonderfully warm room on arrival. The room itself is well laid out with a small kitchen, divided lounge & bedroom. There is also parking available. My Place Colonial is located one block from the main street of Albany with several bars & restaurants in easy walking distance. Overall a great place to stay

Check-in was flawless and managers were very welcoming and helpful. The studio accomodation with kitchen facilities was very well-appointed and clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and great temperature control. Everything was easily within walking distance, including the Farmer's market and restaurants we had targeted. We came to climb Bluff Knoll in the Stirling Ranges, an hour's drive east and this place was perfect home base for us! We'll stay again.

Beautifully presented accommodation. Lovely touches - ie good brand tea, coffee and toiletry samples - and a packet of choc chip cookies to welcome you with that nice cuppa :-) . Cleanliness attended to 'spotless'. Conveniently centrally located. Relaxed gardens.
