Authentic old world charm.
The hotel was very old with the appropriate decor but with essential modern facilities. It had an old world charm. The staff were obliging and courteous. The reception was difficult to find at the side.

Traditional guest house
Nice clean traditional rooms and good breakfast. Downside is that you can not get near to the hotel by taxi but need to be dropped off at a taxi rank nearby and walk to the hotel. In that case you need to know where it is beforehand. The hotel is right on the creek and close to a large number of museums. A good option if you want something other than the standard large hotel.
