Need to lift their organisation/service standards!
A bit hard to tell you about this place, as we happened to ring them on our way down just to advise our arrival time and make sure reception was still open, only to be advised that they'd moved us to their sister property a few streets away. They didn't give a reason but we assumed they had a large group in that they wished to keep together. While they didn't have our US mobile number, they would have had our email address, but they made no effort to contact us. Pretty disappointing.

Nice, clean room and pleasant stay
Friendly service, clean room, spacious suite, good breakfast, nice location, enjoyable pool (only complaint was that the hot tub was a bit dirty, but everything else was excellent). Would definitely stay here again.

Mostly excellent!
Our stay was brief but comfortable. The room was clean. The only improvement that could be made was the pull out sofa mattress. The springs of the mattress could be felt in several places making sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Very pleasant on all counts w/excellent service
Great place - amenities, staff. location, cleanliness, and location were all awesome. To add, the pool was quite cold, and sadly was closed on our check-out day which was a bummer for my kid as we chose the place for their dog friendliness coupled with having a pool, but when they learned of our disappointment we were comped on some expenses for this inconvenience which is excellent costumer service. Thank you!
