Great place for the price and the staff really cares.

I really enjoyed my stay with you guys. The room was clean, nice, and roomy. Your evening desk person Victoria was the best, and made our stay great. The hotel was also in the perfect location for everything I had planned. The only bummer was not being able to use the pool. I definitely will be staying in the area but like to visit Houston again

The suite was more than spacious for three people, a lovely place to stay for a small vacation from normal life.

I know it's Covid 19 and all, but this hotel seriously needs to step some things up. I understand that they cut back on their housekeeping, BUT if you are going to do that can you at least leave some extra stuff -- like more than 1 tiny soap for 3 sinks or how about an extra roll of toilet paper or an extra garbage bag. You collect the garbage but don't leave a new bag. The kitchen area in our room was not cleaned. The shower curtain was too short for our shower so water got every where. And the AC/Heating unit is SO loud that it sounds like a jet engine taking off. Plus it's positioned near the bed which scares the crap out of you while you are sleeping. The "new and improved" quick breakfast is adequate and the space is nice.

Nice hotel, near a lot of food choices. Room was clean. Front desk attendant was nice, gym was open and had nice equipment.

Good location, the room had ants the bed was extremely uncomfortable, but Omar’s customer service was OUTSTANDING!

It was a busy time at the hotel the time i was there due to the hurricane laura that hit texas and Louisiana they were booked. But it was very well organized and super nice. Any issues or rather inquiries they responded well and made sure we was satisfied. The staff never seemed bothered by anyones questions or concerned. Very approachable. The room was nice during the covid its pretty much your responsibility to help keep the room clean and request clean towels etc. the pool was well organized due to the covid restrictions. We went to visit a family member so we didn't stay much during the day but i would definitely recommend and return my stay at this hotel.

I couldn’t get the room I paid for which was a hotel suit with a full kitchen. The room was not expected before we got in there because the toilet was backed up, an issue that should’ve been taken cared of before we entered. There was no one to fix the toilet and we were downgraded to a room that wasn’t a full kitchen. Additionally, our room had a major ant problem and it got all in my suitcase with my clothes in there on top of that the sofa bed was dirty when we pulled it out. I don’t believe they’re full following covid-19 guidelines.

The room was very clean. The front desk clerk was polie and helpful.

In the middle of a pandemic you would think this hotel would take proper precautions to ensure guests are safe and protected from covid as much as they can. Not my experience. Upon my arrival, the door to my room was dirty. It was the outside so I proceeded to enter and inspected the kitchen and living room space with my husband. The A/C went out at our house so after a long tiring day in the heat, I was exhausted and really looking forward to a shower and a good night's rest. I used the bathroom and to my surprise the toilet didn't flush. This one had a trick to it. I had to hold it down and jiggle the handle . Ummm, jeez. Okay. I turned on the vanity light to wash my hands and half the lights wouldn't come on. Dang, I guess housekeeping didn't notice half the mirror wasn't lighting up. I went ahead hopped in the shower & was mortified when I turned around to see someone else's HAIR against the shower wall. Gross! I got out the shower to call and notify the front desk and on my way to the phone I noticed there was toothpaste smeared on the the wall! Was this room even sanitized?! The only reason we were even at a hotel during covid was because it was literally 90 degrees in our house. I have a complete lack of trust in the hotel industry and THIS is the reason many are uncomfortable traveling during a pandemic! I called the front desk attendant and she was very apologetic. She DOWNGRADED me from my KING SUITE to a REGULAR KING ROOM but I was still charged full price!
