Casa Don Gustavo Boutique Hotel

Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful with ice cold a/c. Employees were friendly and helpful especially Buni and Mauro. This place completely exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect also.

It’s a lovely historic hotel, large courtyard to take meals, and all the staff are most helpful.

Excellent location, friendly staff beautiful facilities a good restaurant all within easy walking distance of site in the historic walled Campeche and the Malcon on the waterfront. This is a great place to visit and I can highly recommend the Casa Don Gustavo Boutique Hotel.

I booked this hotel on my phone while on the bus to Campeche and was pleasantly surprised at just how nice it was! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the location in the centro historico and we could walk everywhere. The staff was so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Campeche.

the most unbelievable aspect of the stay was that on the first night we started hearing loud music played at around 12AM. Initially we thought it was coming from the nearby bars, but the music started getting louder and louder and we could hear people screaming and talking loud. I then looked over the window and it was the hotel employees in the courtyard playing Banda music and singing as if it was open air karaoke night. I called the front desk and the person who answered knew exactly what I was calling about, he even asked if it was too loud, and I told him yes, we cannot sleep. Moments after we called the noise and the music stopped. But it was incredible that this would happen. Now, what is most incredible is the following night, at around 1am, we started hearing the loud noises, the loud music, and the staff singing on the courtyard again. This time we tried calling the front desk but the line was busy. We waited and tried again and the phone line was busy again. After failing to reach the front desk after more than 15 minutes I had to open up the bathroom window and literally screaming I told the staff that we could hear the loud music and the singing and if they could please stop. And believe me, I am not exaggerating. This was not a soft radio voice or mumbling
