New building, great views from the terrace top floor, nice swimming pool, small but nice plus a gym with a great view

Nice and comfortable. Rooms are modern, Lovely views from the top floor where there are a small swimming pool and a gym.

The staff were very helpful... A special shout out to Angela, who was an angel in assisting us to get a Uber type ride to our next destination. Visitors to Brazil need to a number (only available to Brazilians) CPF # on so many different services in Brazil///but Angela helped us out... I would suggest requesting a room with a view.. Our second room here, although booked the day prior our stay, had an indoor corridor view. Nice top deck pool area.

Several things, they have problems with their AC’s! Had to change us three different times due to AC problems, they don’t offer irons within the room, so we left a shirt to wash and iron and then they lost the item!! Nobody knew anything!

I stayed at this property from Sunday, February until Saturday, February 22 and had an amazing experience. While checking in, I met one of the hotel workers Bruno who was awesome! He spoke English fluently and was a tremendous help by giving me suggestions on where to go during my stay and also recommended different tours. He was very professional and a huge help!! I also needed help with translation and he assisted me. Thanks to him, he made my experience even better. Overall, I would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The rooms and pool were smaller than expected but that did not bother me as much. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. Another huge benefit was being close to the night life. Many bars and restaurants are down the street from the hotel. Great location! Uber rides to the beach were relatively inexpensive. Thank you Granada and thank you Bruno for being so welcoming!! I’ll be back soon!!

Good breakfast new property good location for carnival but other guests were disrespectful and noisey

Excellent reception staff. The room is good with the only issue we had was the bathroom. It’s really difficult to get in. The door opens onto the toilet. Air con good. There is a tv but we didn’t use it as we only have English, no Portuguese. Great breakfast. It’s really located well and easy to walk everywhere. And we felt, safe. The pool area is an absolute bonus.

This hotel is really awesome, the staff is kind and helpful and polite. Their service is amazing. They went above and beyond to assist us, we are so grateful!

The is the WORST HOTEL. We are guests at this hotel for 2 nights and we’re looking forward to enjoying the pool. The hotel rented the pool area out for a kids birthday party and this tiny pool is full of 20 kids. The water is filthy. Are you kidding me? Isn’t this small pool for hotel guests? Nope, it’s for whoever will pay for that, they do not care about their guests at all. We cannot get towels or drinks because even though they advertise a pool bar they do not have one. This is far from relaxing. The breakfast is disgusting. Literally old bread and fake juice. The staff is incredibly loud and use the elevators to go up and down one floor at a time so you must wait a long time for the elevator. If staying on floor 13 you will be startled at the loud bang of the door that leads to the rooftop deck every single time someone comes or goes from the roof top which is many many times all day and night. Why don’t they get a door stop? Why don’t they put something to fix the loud bang of the door that rumbles the entire 13th floor? The staff at check in was incredibly rude and ignored me for an hour and a half while I waited for a room. I finally had to ask again how much longer and they had rooms available and never said a word to me, just left me waiting and waiting. I would never stay here again and would warn anyone and everyone to go somewhere else. Even if you are broke and desperate you can find better.
