SANA Berlin Hotel

I travel for business and have a limited budget, so this hotel was a really nice surprise! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was modern, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. They also have a pool, with sauna and gym. Which is all clean, modern, and in good working order. Something which stood out to me was the smile of the lady who greeted me for breakfast, which felt so genuine. When I left for work she asked how my breakfast was, and seemed genuinely delighted when I said it was delicious. She was genuinely happy that I'd had a good experience! This will definitely be my new hotel whenever I travel to Berlin

We stayed before and returned because of the great location and really comfortable beds. In the years between trips the premises has become a bit ‘worn down’. We were really dissatisfied with our first room, but management was super proactive and had us in a new and better room ever so quick.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff & very comfortable and quiet room. Excellent facilities & had everything we needed. Loved the bathroom, especially the rainfall shower. Easy to access u-bahn which is only a couple minutes walk.

Nice modern hotel in a good central Schöneberg location. Interiors are great and overall quite comfortable. Don’t rate the breakfast offer, could improve on quality of food overall. ervice by a Chinese waitress called Wong was superb. She is lovey kind and so cheerful.

The hotel was perfect and my family enjoyed to be there
