I dont want to stay any more service is very bad you will wait for 2 hour get service And people they are very rud especially restuarant maneger she was very rud They dont have enough table to serve people in restaurant thats why you have to wait in queue for 1 hour to get serve And they dont have enough staff even It was a very bad experience to stay in this hotel

Room needs updating. shower head leaking and weak

I booked dinner at the restaurant and the service was terrible and did not even have breakfast as all the customers were complaining about the service. Will never go back there

I think that this hotel does not have very service-oriented staff -and if something can go wrong it does. Had to go 3 times to the room before the room key worked.. The bar and restaurant I like a lot - completely different attitude.

We felt this hotel was somewhat overpriced. We chose it because of its location as an airport hotel for O R Tambo at Johannesburg and that worked out well as they have a free shuttle bus with luggage van every 15 minutes in each direction. The distance between the airport and the hotel takes about 10-15 minutes. The hotel complex is huge as it includes a few other less glamorous accommodation options in the Peermont brand and a casino (The Emperor's Palace) and a monster food court called The Emporium. However, that's it. No shops or local life. We took the Gautrain from the airport into the city and would recommend that as fast, safe and clean. No need to take the private driver option offered by the hotel for twice the price. Food at the hotel is very disappointing and the dining room was incredibly noisy and chaotic. The concierge desk was hopeless. Couldn't even provide a map. If you go in warm weather, the pool and garden were excellent way to pass the time. Other great experience for a free day is the Cradle of Humankind between Jo'burg and Pretoria.

I wasnt happy with my room as what I saw was bigger and better

Fake advertisement I paid for a classic king room and I end up into a small room far different from what I saw on the pictures. Hotel is old smells horrible at the corridor ... I would rather stayed at Mondior or metcourt way better than d’orale

After arriving at the hotel, they told me the hotel is full and I’d be transferred to the Mondior.. Mondior is a 4 star hotel and d’oreale 5.. when checking out I paid a relative high amount compared to if I’d booked it with hotels.com. After complaining only got a small discount.. all with all not good experience..
