Not impressed.
Our room looked directly at an abandoned building that was actually attached to our hotel. There were many squatters attempting to live (exist) in the complex which was also full of garbage. The building was barely 15 ft from our room, and we could look directly into the squalor, as could the inhabitants into room. There were no other rooms available unless we wanted to pay a large upgrade cost at another hotel within the chain of which this hotel belonged to. We were there for 6 nights and did not have other options. The room itself was fairly clean but we did not want to spend anytime in the room at all. Very depressing. I am surprised that hotels.com would even put this hotel into their system, without knowing of these conditions. We realize the hotel has no authority over the condition of the adjacent building, however, that information should of been disclosed. The pictures attached say it all. Not impressed what so ever.

We had an ocean-view suite and enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from our balcony. The rooms were comfortable with good beds and kitchens.

Nice hotel in good location
The apartment was very nice and clean. The hotel staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful in making reservations at restaurants and wineries, making good recommendations of places to visit and so on. The location is great too, since it is very close to the beach. The hotel is 10 minute walk from the center of Lagos, where most of the restaurants are, but there are some reasonable restaurants right next to the hotel too. The only issue I have with the suite I got is that the towel hanger was missing in the bathroom, so I had to hand the towel on the shower door.
