The apartment was spacious and clean. There were a few marks on the walls (think the decor just needed a touch up). In one room there was a whole in the wall and the sink was blocked but we reported this and they are sorting it. My main concern was that they let my friends who arrived before me in without the booking reference or any type of confirmation. Another slight issue was that I got stopped at reception and questioned by the receptionist and security officer when I came back in the evening even though I had the key in my had so could prove I was there. Other then this the stay was very good.

Ideal apartment in Manchester for a small family
A great apartment with fair price. Walking distance to the city center, local supermarket, outlet and train station. Very convenient! Quiet environment is definitely good for the sleep but makes the way back a bit scary for foreigners though.

Perfect for a friends weekend away
The staff was very helpful especially Bart. Location was perfect and the apartment was clean and very spacious! Only thing is if the weather is as hot as the weekend we stayed (30 degrees) air con is needed!

It was average- it was in good proximity to piccadily station. The condition of the apartment was quite run down/old. The TV did not work correctly. The beds were not very comfortable but it served the purpose of a last min getaway.
