it was lovely and fitted the area of what i would of expected

had the single toom. very clean. not the most comfy bed but it was spotless. breakfast is ok. best waffle i had in years.

I like this one. 4 town houses knocked into one. On a green square very close to Paddington station. Stairs and corridors, no lift. Minimal breakfast.

They really should alert you to the fact that your room will be very noisy if it is. I was in desperate need of a decent night's sleep and that was not possible past about 6:30am.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast choices. Very comfortable room, and the hotel was perfectly situated for a peaceful stay as well as being perfect for public transport links to the rest of London.

Worst sleep I have ever had, freezing cold room 3 single beds even tho I was promised a double after calling to request this from the hotel. Dirty blankets, cups, glasses, I could not wait to return home and if it wasn’t for the fact I was there to see London fireworks for new year I would have booked elsewhere or returned home. Absolutely appalling that this place is acceptable to public. Only good thing I will say is staff were lovely which was nice but everything else was awful it needs new everything or a serious clean

Guy at reception when we checked in was not really friendly, breakfast was ok, and room was clean but very small, and we could literally hear the people in other rooms snoring and alarms going off in the morning. We stayed one night, it was ok overall.

The room was small but comfortable and warm. The bed looked quite old. It would have been great if there was some way to heat food at the hotel either in the roo

The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. The inclusive continental breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. It was also very conveniently located near Paddington Station.

The bathroom was tiny if you get out the shower you hit yourself on the sink. The bed heads were so lose when you sat on the bed the bed heaf hit the wall. This was reported and sorted out immediately. The two very disappointing things were no lift so trying to get up 4 flights of narrow stairs with heavy bags was not fun and the breakfast advertised as continental but instead of croissants and pastries there was swiss roll and shortbread biscuits there was a choice of tice crispy or cornflakes and the only fruit on offer was bananas
