Hampshire Delft Centre

Convenient location, less than 10 minutes' walk from the main market square and all of old town. modern hotel featuring live music at times. Clean and quiet. Very good value. I did not take the 14eu breakfast or dine in the restaurant, others said they were good. But--I was never able to adjust the temperature controls to warm the room. OK for sleeping under the duvet, but not warm enough during the evening. Also some of the ceiling spotlights were misdirected and the room was dim to find anything in the dark closet. Minimal toiletries, a small bar of soap and a body wash dispenser in the shower. Check-in/check-out staff were a bit slow, but able to help when I went back for a missing item after checkout. Overall, I would stay there again but not in winter.

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and plenty of storage. The fridge in the room was helpful although it would have been nice to get more than just one bottle of water on the first day. Aircon was a bit noisy.

My stay was great - it was quite windy though and the doors to the balcony were banging all night as i could not secure them - so i did not sleep very well at all - this is a shame as it is a great hotel in a great location.

A modern hotel in a historic city located so that history was only a 10 minute walk away. Its restaurant was one of the best I found in Delft.

Always very welcoming there with a nice restaurant for dinner and good selection for food. Rooms are comfortable and shower had good power.

Comfortable hotel, average breakfast. Location is bad. Too far away from train station. Delft is a very small city, not much to do. I will suggest to stay in Rotterdam and travel to Hague and Delft. Rotterdam is the main station if you are going to travel to other European countries.

We had overall a very good stay (2 adults and a toddler), and the staff were impeccably friendly, the room was almost ideal for what we needed, and the upper floors have a stunning view of the city centre and cathedral. However, there are some details that could really be tidied up: - the location of the hotel on the map in the hotels.com booking email was completely wrong, it directs you to a house by the canal, whereas the hotel is two blocks away - the listing on the site says that the hotel offers babysitting - and we phoned before our stay to confirm this, were told that they can arrange it at check-in. However, when we arrived, we were just given a URL to a website (in Dutch) which turned out to be a nursery in a city ~40 km away, so not really very helpful! Fortunately we figured out a work-around independent of this, but it was disappointing given that the advertised babysitting was one of the key reasons we chose the hotel to start with. - the room given to us as a family room has a shelf under the TV which is almost precisely head-height for a toddler, and has very sharp corners, as our son discovered on multiple occasions. This is held into the wall with big spikes, so we just had to pad it with spare towels and hope he didn't crash into it too often.
