The hotel seems like it was once very ice but now feels old and a little run down. Our room had a faint smell of cigarettes or pot and the hallway wreaked of pot. Our room had a large wet carpet spot from the vent above. We were offered to move the second night when maintenance couldn’t fix it but felt it wasn’t worth the hassle. The WiFi was $14 for 13 hours. The parking for two nights was $88. I won’t stay here again.

The hotel had a great ambiance, but the overall stay did not meet my expectation. There was a lengthy wait to get on the elevators, and the service was good. Maybe, I was expecting more for 4.8 stars.

There was a bit of water damage in the rooms windows. The shower sprays water all over. But in all I wasn’t to upset with the stay. It was one night and the hotel definitely is beautiful inside.

Hotel was great stuff was great just a great stay all around

I was disappointed, I was not allowed to check in when I offered to pay cash for my Room Incidentals. I was told the Hotel does not accept cash at all. Sort of Odd don't you think.

Classic hotel mixing the best of the old and new with design. Loved the lounge area and the complimentary happy hour.

Wonderful staff and a well preserved and loved historic building. Easy access downtown, very walkable area.

First of all, valet parking is only available certain days of the week. Paid parking was available about a block away, but the underground parking structure was very confusing. It took about 20 minutes or more to walk to parking in sleeting snow, find the car, and get out of the parking garage. The restaurant is closed and other than snack bar items available for purchase at the front desk, there is no food available. Housekeeping did not come during our 2 night stay, not even to empty the trash. The room was nice, but the bedding left something to be desired. We stayed 2 nights due to snowy and icy weather so my husband could receive his radiation. It was very cold. The bed was made with a thin comforter between 2 sheets. The bedding was tucked in in such a way that the sheets did not reach up to cover my shoulders. There were no extra blankets in the room. We could have called the front desk for an extra blanket, but it was inconvenient. One of the bedside lamps had a burned out bulb and a bedside outlet did not work. The concierge on the first level and the valet attendant were very nice and helpful. Valet attendant did allow me to park in valet drop off to load our luggage as we were leaving. The hotel was nice, but just not convenient for coming and going. We will probably look for other lodging should we need it again during my husband’s treatments.
