Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Pritchard Road North Little Rock

The pictures do not portray the actual scene when you get there, lotta trash round the parking lot. Location was not close to what i expected.

Very bad part of town. Obviously this isn’t the hotels fault, but the hotel directly next door had some awful people in it. Talking about shooting each other and they were fighting every time we were leaving/ arriving. Just a scary location. I didn’t expect the location. The workers were very nice though.

The room was not as clean as would have liked. In the shower was a sock from a previous customer. There were things under the bed. We did not have enough towels and they could not bring them up because the one at the desk was there alone. Other hotels had sack breakfast for us to take. Nothing but coffee provided. I do want to say that the gentleman at the front desk was very kind.

My only ‘complaint’ is that the 2 lamps by the bed did not have lightbulbs so they could not be used. The only source of light in the room was the desk lamp. And the light by the door. Other than that’ everything g was decent.

It was very clean and smelled good what i didnt like was the pool was not open

First of all, i never felt safe in the area. I was constantly checking on my car to make sure nobody broke into it. The hotel allowed smoking and i could tell every time somebody smoked as i coukd smell it. I will not be back .

The staff were all very friendly and room were very clean.. I will be back

Check-in was a breeze, Staff was lobely and accommodating.

Want me to pay $50 deposit, the front desk lady had BAD ATTITUDE!! You have to have $50 or card for incidentals. This raggedy piece of shit how. Tthwy gonna act like they the Marriott

The customer service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.
