Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea

The staff from the senior manager to the receptionist to the cleaner all extremely polite courteous and most helpful. travelled allot and stayed in many hotels and this is one of the best . My children love it

Stayed over new year for several nights. From start to finish top professional and impeccable hospitality and service. High-quality furnishings in room with all needed amenities and futhermore all rooms directly overlooking Red Sea. Private beach well-maintained, with helpful and attentive lifeguards. All mentioned qualities made me decide to extend my stay for 2 extra nights - a big thanks again and looking forward to next stay.

The property is great for a vacation/staycation, the rooms are clean and the staff is very welcoming and would do anything to make your stay enjoyable and satisfying. We ran into a technical issue with the room as they were re-opening after COVID-19 and were doing high maintenance and deep cleaning, and it was in the middle of the night, the night manager (I wish I remember his name) himself came and handled the situation in the best way possible, he didn't only fix the issue but gave us a room upgrade as well as complimentary savouries. They were so persistent to make our short staycation a pleasant one, next morning the manager himself (I hope I got the title right) his name was Ma'en sat with us, listened to what happened, and offered very nice options of the services they have to make it up for us. This kind of hospitality is what I look for, it made me wish if I could extend my staycation. The hiring manager should be proud. Highly recommended

All who would stay here after the March 2020 would get a better chances for relaxing recreation because the construction work in the swimming pools area should be done by that time. Apart from this noise the sand and the sea are just perfect! Tasty breakfast

Wonderful service. Beautiful beachfront. Room needs updating, such as USB ports, bedside lamps that are functional.

It was a pleasant stay in Kempinski. We had a welcome drink at the reception, got a beautiful room on the 2nd-floor and then had a complimentary fruit plate in our room. Beach and facilities are great, the jacuzzi is exceptional. We also enjoyed the spa and highly appreciated a complimentary late check out. The only awkward moment we had during our stay was the breakfast service. We asked for coffee 3 times and still it wasn't enough to get a cup of coffee. Somehow at the end of our breakfast we managed to get it. Overall, it's a great hotel and we would highly recommend it for your Aqaba trip.

Although it is still quite nice, this hotel is starting to show some small signs of age. Perhaps a bigger concern is that the dinner we had was mediocre. Breakfast, however, was much better.
