There’s not a better location in Florence to stay.

The most perfect location in the hub of all the action. Couldn’t have picked a better place with everything on the doorstep. Welcome was fantastic. Lots of fabulous information and tips. Warm, welcoming and friendly. Single room very comfortable. Bed fantastic. As with every hotel/B&B, more hangers wouldn’t go amiss. Only criticism is the shower. Fine if you want to stand under it but limited room to move around in. Really nice choice of fresh fruit and pastries etc for breakfast which came with a generous smile and attentive staffing. Would definitely recommend 😆👍

The place is in a great location. Personally very helpful and courteous. For the price, it’s a great flexible bed and breakfast, with very clean rooms and not overcrowded. Great Stay!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. Beds were comfortable, and AC worked well (one of the few places in Europe that we stayed that had decent AC, at least for an American). The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Exceptional stay at this fantastic hotel. The best features of this hotel is the location, staff and cleanliness. Renovations were still going on when we arrived, didn’t get the room we booked but Diana was very good at explanation due to the renovations, there was no view of the Duomo. But never mind, each time you walked out, it was right there. No noise at all. Stayed here for 5 nights in June/July. Diana gave us excellent suggestions to eat where locals eat, where to go to look at sites, how long to walk etc. housekeeping was very friendly, breakfast was great. We were able to get breakfast a bit earlier on two occasions where we had to leave early. Communications was excellent to arrange check in time. Highly recommend! Very close to sights, 10-15 min walk to Florence SMN station. Close to Uffizi, Ponto Vecchio, right on the door step of the Duomo. Hotel is on the third floor, very secure.

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Ours did have steps but not all of the room had step access. Breakfast was lovely - fresh fruits, cheese & ham as well as freshly scrambled eggs and delicious bacon. The coffee was superb. Located right next to the Duomo gave us quick access to all the sights.

for something right in the centre of Florence , I would expect it to be in better condition than that. As for position , you could not hope for better, & the view . Reasonabley quite also .

A great little hotel right in the heart of Florence! Conveniently located right next to the Duomo, and an easy 12 minute walk from the train station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. They also were great at allowing me to check out the night before I left due to my early departure time, and even left some breakfast in my room for the next morning. Highly recommend this hotel!

Property, local knowledge and English language skills of staff, quality and presentation of breakfast all exceeded our expectations.
