A property that internet pictures way for ejticing then the property itself which has not be well kept. Constantly have flies and mosqitoes in the bedroom despite ensuring sliding door is closed at all times. Bath towels while clean and nice smelling have seen better days and the torn tattered ones shld really be disposed off. Basic toiletries which are not top up. Book a family room for 3 adults and each time Room Service tidy for only 2pax

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was well maintained and cleaned properly daily when requested.

What a gorgeous hotel!!! It really felt like home away from home...and the staff were the best part...fun and friendly yet efficient. By the time we left they felt like family. Smallish, intimate hotel with good amenities and funky, eclectic fit out. We loved it!!! They had lots of extra little touches that you don't get in the bigger resorts. i.e. welcome drink was a fun little cocktail with a moon cake. We were there for Xmas and even had little santa sacks full of candy and nuts etc waiting in our room for us. Cannot recommend highly enough

Love the pool access room and welcome set Staff are bit ignoring, u need to stand in front of them then only they will look at you (except receptionist)

We were a group of 8 and stayed for 4 nights. Absolutely wonderful experience all around. Breakfast was great

Did not manage to get the pool access so stayed in the duplex storey. Everything was good but just that the washroom was at the ground level. Not advisable if you need to go toilet during midnight

I just cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Love the modern oriental design and attention to details. Location is excellent (between Ao Nang beach and the other beach I forget the name). Staff are very very friendly and efficient, the pool is one of the best among the hotels in Ao Nang. Breakfast is superb and the restaurant also has GREAT Thai food menu at reasonable price. I also appreciate very much their eco friendly campaign #redgoesgreen, it reflects in everywhere in the hotel, for example they use bamboo straws instead of the plastic ones. We stayed there for 9 nights and in the end, we all feel sad leaving. If you go to Ao Nang, look nowhere else!

Disappointing impression. Stating that there was a parking space but there is actually only few slot which were full when we arrive. We ask secrurity officer to find the parking lot. He seem ignorant.
