Four Winds Motel

Though this motel is older, it was updated and clean. It sits high off Highway 101 so the highway sounds were not a problem. It was close to town, coffee, and eateries. I would return to Four Winds

I love staring at this hotel. They are always welcoming to me and take good care of me. I often travel alone and I feel very safe here!! The accommodation are just what i need! My room was very clean and organized! Their housekeeper Johanna is wonderful and does an excellent job keeping things clean. I will be back.... I could stay anywhere.. it’s not the money .. it’s a safe and welcoming place to rest. ❤️

The rooms were filled with animal urine smell. The carpet was old, worn out, and gross. The water was rusty and then when I advised them of the issue, they blamed it on the city water. The blankets were gross. We couldn’t shower cause of the water and had to use bottle water to drink and brush our teeth. The staff were rude. The motel was over priced and the pictures were deceiving. I would never stay there again.

Had a bad room. The caulking around tub was black and molding was peeling off the wall at the tub. Top of toilet tank was broken off with 3/4s remaining. Edges at the end were sharp and could cut someone. Towel racks were sloping downward like ready to fall off the wall. Was a punch mark in the inside of the outer door. Dresser drawer on bottom didn't line up with others and couldn't open or use. Room was very dark and dingy not with bright blue and white bedspread but dark brown.

Our stay at the Four Winds Motel was very disappointing. The first thing that you notice when you walk in is a musty dank smell. We opened the door and window hoping that this would help. The room was very run down. The box spring for the mattress had stains on it. There was no hair dryer, when I went to look for it I came across two dresser drawers that had lots of black hair in them. My husband went out fishing and came back and immediately we got a knock on our door wanting to know what was in our cooler and that if it was fish we were not allowed to have it in our room. Overall the place felt so dirty to us that we ended up leaving a night early, we just couldn't do it.

Very friendly service, and a great location! The rooms are quite big, which allowed us to spread out.

The facility is aged but fairly well maintained, bathroom and shower worked fine, with a tiny tabletop fridge and microwave. This is a barebones room for a night right on highway 101, so road noise is constant, but unless you are willing to pay hundreds more, every place in Depoe bay has that same drawback. The price was fair for what you get.

older facility But Great as the Regular room Actually is a suite style unit with a Full living room, separate bdrm & a separate bthrmw/dr. very nice!!! also a wonderful Ocean View of Depoe Bay... great lower price too...
