We rented the room with the spa tub and it broke so the entire room became consumed with water and completely soaked all of our clothing as well as anything that we brought it was not well maintained and cheaply fixed

I really like This motel I visit California a lot and this was the best so far in that area there was real nice and sweet the room was clean

Love staying here. Having a fridge and microwave is great!

The room was extremely clean and it smell good. Thank you for the iron life saver.

Needs coffee maker/coffee.......why isnt that enough

I called 5 hours prior to check in to request a downstairs or handicap room due to my disability and limited physical capabilities. The woman who answered the phone advised me there were no such rooms available (they were reportedly all taken). Since it was a weekend, rooms were booked all over the city or priced very high over my budget. There was a couple and another gentleman (neither had a reservation) that checked in ahead of me, and both were assigned downstairs rooms!! Of course when it was my turn, there were no more downstairs rooms available. The night clerk informed me that I had been given incorrect information and I could have been accommodated. This was a nonrefundable transaction. Needless to say, I was very sore and in discomfort for a few days after climbing the stairs with my belongings. I know that the hotel doesn't have to cater to my needs, but at least be honest.

A very comfortable and quiet place to stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. Denny’s restaurant across the parking lot. Within 2 blocks of Interstate 10 as well as shopping center and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Bathtub enclosure (walls above the tub) was disgusting - globs of shampoo or soap or something splattered on the walls, dark colored curly hair stuck to the walls. Soap, lotion, shower gel, conditioning shampoo dispensers may or may not have been clean - something greyish black was smudged on one of them, came off when I wiped it with a wet wipe. Room smelled of bleach and mildew. Toilet difficult to get to due to the bathroom door being right up against it. Uncomfortable mattress. Towels felt slightly softer than cardboard, and are extremely small - you're better off trying to dry off with a postage stamp. Overall, this property charges about three times what the room is actually worth.
