Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive

The place is definitely A but as mentioned before if you love hard beds then this hotel is for you but if you are like me and can’t sleep on hard beds then definitely this is a downer. You can ask for padding but it’s not the same in my opinion.

Exceptionally good. Every one loved their stay, even better my daughter had couple of her friends changed their reservation from another hotel to stay the Paladuim because of how beautiful it was. When they came and found how nice it was they extended their stay. Thanks to the management and staff of that place, we will definitely be back.

I have to tell you, this was the worst vacation I’ve ever been on. My wife and I showed up on Sunday December 13th. Upon arrival your greeted by someone. After signing into the resort they beg you to meet with them for there travel club membership. I said no several times and they keep rebuttaling, but this is my job, until you finally give in because your tired of being harassed. The room was ok, a little outdated and smelled like mildew. We weren’t gonna complain, we were finally on vacation. A few days roll by just fine and then, Tuesday evening, my wife and I got really sick. Couldn’t do anything besides hanging near restrooms. We discovered after speaking with several guests that there was a huge outbreak of food poisoning. Ding ding ding, that’s exactly what it was. The Grand Palladium was very hush hush about all of this. Such a disappointment to spend the money just to get poisoned by the place responsible for you. We also had problems with mice in our room. From what I could tell our room was the only room in our villa without a door sweep at the bottom which allowed mice to get in. From one traveler to another, I beg you to stay away from this place.

I didn’t like my family and I got sick during our visit. The staff was friendly and willing to help.

My whole family got salmonella from this resort. We went to hell and back! Do not eat here, you should starve yourself instead. Pack your things and go somewhere else.

Stay Away!!!! All I can say is out of the 20 guests who attended a destination wedding... 8 got salmonella along with many other guests at the hotel. Do not stay here! No matter how cheap your room was. You truly do get what you paid for and the hardship we endured in Jamaica was a nightmare. We stayed for 4 nights, 2 we’re spent in the hospital. We had the worst service at Hospiten which is a “private” upper class hospital. Just imagine the worse possible scenario to be in while having serious food poisoning. The hospital didn’t even have enough toilet paper! We were split up in about 6 rooms and sharing a roll of toilet paper. I know this sounds insane but that’s not even half of what happened. The hotel “paid” for the $2,500 they were charging us per night. The hotel general manager said that “that he paid for our hospital bill” ... as if individuals go on vacation thinking “I hope if the resort gives me food poisoning, I hope they cover my hospital bill!” This has been the worst experience of my life, we have children in hospitals suffering from severe salmonella and adults wearing diapers because of how bad it is. Blood in their stool. Vomiting non stop and extremely dehydrated... the bride and groom (Sara&Kevin) had such a horrible experience when they should of been honeymooning they were running around from hospitals to airports. The overall time there was a disaster and if you want to save yourself the pain of a food born illness, just go somewhere else.

Although the resort is older it has been kept very well. The views are breathtaking, the Jamaican food served there is the best!! Next time i come back i plan to use more of the onsite amenities.

Hands down the best place in the world to vacation!!! Pure Paradise!!! I thought I knew what love looked like until I came here... truly opened my eyes to this beautiful place❤️❤️❤️
