המלון היה סגור וקיבלנו הודעה שבעקבות הקורונה מעבירים אותנו ללאונרדו קלאב באותם התנאים. החדר היה בסדר, אוכל ממוצע, לא מספיק כיסאות באזור הבריכה.

During the check in process, nothing was explained about where anything was, the pool, spa, where to get towels and robes, etc.

the hotel has a good design but the age of the furnishing is showing, could use an update. On the plus side, the food was ample and very good.

Very late check in and problems with pool towels. Good coffee in breakdast but very noisy and crowded resturant.

I had a prepaid reservation for the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel I was told that the hotel was full and that they didn't have a room. They told me that they had me to their sister hotel nearby. This action was not appreciated at all. We had been driving all day and it was a long hot day. The hotel they sent us to was awful! It seemed to me that they should have honored my reservation.

Check in too k half hour even though there was no one on line. We checked in at 2 AM. Then we asked for late check out the next day and they wouldn’t give us anything past 12.

This has been nothing short of a shame. We booked through orbitz which is clearly a problem within itself. I will not be doing that again. Bought a room, with hotel protection and have stayed at many Dead Sea hotels before so let’s call this review: Not My First Rodeo. Firstly, the superior rooms on orbitz show balconies in the pictures. We had no balcony and when we asked about it, they said the pictures are just “for views”. I understand that Nicholas did his best under his manager who wouldn’t even make eye contact with us while we spoke to her. After accepting the room only to not waste any vacation time, our room kept losing electricity- lights and air conditioning which when it’s 110 degrees outside, is absolutely not something to deal with. Twice they sent someone and it is still happening. It’s not mentioned anywhere that this is a children’s entertainment hotel. The pool has been 3 hours so far of the DJ screaming into a microphone playing games with the kids and playing miserable music. I understand that kids go on vacation, and a game here and there and options for a kids is a must but this has been 3 hours of impossible to even hear your own thoughts or move to another section of the pool to avoid it somewhat. Overall, I will be fighting to get my money back because the hotel is not worth the money, it’s misleading the way they sell it, I feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money, and the hotel management does not budge for ANYTHING.

The food was lovely the room was perfect and had a nice view

it was a good property in the past, last year was not so and this year is nit to a 4 star standarts at all, rioms with lors of priblems, need lors of fixing, uodates, toilet was running, faucet spraying, everything scrached, peeled, feels not clean, food is getting wirth, breakfast with limited choices of cheeses, before was all much better
