es un excelente Hotel y mantiene el protocolo de seguridad ante esta pandemia, cuan viajo a Austin siempre me hospedo en este hotel

Staybridge Suites always have consistent quality and the beds are super comfy!

The cleanliness, staff, breakfast, and room was excellent! It is an older hotel with dated furniture. It has been well maintained and was clean. The best 3-star hotel I have stayed in and I would choose it again for the price and accommodations in the future.

Politeness of hosts and staff .Parking area was well loghte.. My only concern was a couple of vehicles parking overnight and the people staying in their cars. But these are hard times and I could show compassion on that.

Air conditioner didn't work from day one, brought me a box fan for my 2 year old with 100 degree weather and said the maintenance man will be there in the morning. He never came and they didn't care, the front desk ladies got bad attitude when i talked to them about it as if it was my problem and not theirs. Will never stay there again, my family was completely disrespected smh

I believe the pictures and description are of their corporate hotel and not the one in Austin. We stayed on the 3rd floor, It had a slight smell. The pool was open from 10A-6P, apparently COVID spikes after 6:00 p.m. & 6 people at a time which is all that will comfortably fit anyway. Went to the front desk to ask for a pool towel and was asked if we didn't have any in our Room, we said yes but its for our shower the next day. We were given a towel a piece with a trash bag. We had to place our towels in the trash bag so they could pick them up to be counted.The breakfast "buffet" is nonexistent. You'll get a bagged breakfast with a limit to one item per hotel guest. One of the 2 breakfast servers was rude & apparently there is a limit on how many creamers and sugars you can be given for your coffee. Needless to say my husband and I did not return the next morning for breakfast. The TV has about 20 channels 1/2 of them are analog. It has no guide and the controller is from the 90's. The dishes in the kitchenette suite will need to be washed if you plan on using them. Last thing...ladies, you will need a make up mirror. If your short, add a chair! I wish I would have taken REAL pictures of this hotel.

thr bathtub area wasn't the cleanest. there was pubic hairs from the prior guest in the tub . the tile surround of the tub needs to be cleaned soap scum on the walls

I always enjoy Staybridge for their rooms. They have a feeling of home away from home. The breakfast is usually better but the it is understandable that they had to scale back with Covid19.
