It's a good location, clean quiet, nice sheets. Very comfortable bed.

Stay was great! Service was great! I recommend they get new remotes gor the room as the remote was very hard to use and the power button didnt want to work to turn on or off but other than that it was a very nice hotel!

Clean and happy. If you drive to the front main entry, be prepared to back out of it as there is no turnaround area.

The accommodations were fine but we didn’t feel as though this was a family friendly hotel. My husband and I stayed with our two children and we were continuously bothered by a person in the room next to us claiming our children were loud. We immediately put them to bed when the gentleman asked us to quiet down at night. He again complained on them at 11am the following morning when our children were gathered in the hallway. The manager informed us they were not allowed to be in the hall. Our kids are 13 years old and standing just outside our room. We felt as though our business was not valued at all during this stay.

We have stayed at this location many times and appreciate Jayden greetings in the evening and Robyn greeting us in the morning. Please say hello to them from us.

The general manager checked us in and was just so nice! We let her know that we were on our honeymoon and she upgraded us to a king suite for no extra cost. She also graciously helped us find a really nice place to eat for dinner which was super good as well! When we checked out the next morning, she was there and greeted us so nicely along with other staff members. Such a great place!!

Our stay was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful. But the bag breakfast was scant, there was never decaf coffee even though I asked every morning, and the coffee was kept behind the front desk, making it difficult for multi-cup coffee drinkers. I understand the COVID restrictions, but other hotels in Arkansas leave the coffee accessible.

Stay in every motel around McCain Mall, this is by far your best value. Clean, comfortable, and well ran.

Check in was okay, he told us to come down in the morning for egg and cheese croissants for breakfast, to then be eaten in our room; the next morning, once the attendant could tear herself away from the person who looked to be someone from the maintenance dept., she handed a brown bag to us with an apple and a muffin, nothing more. We explained the attendant the night before had said there would be bacon, egg and cheeses croissants for breakfast, and they just started laughing at us and said, “well, that’s not going to happen, I don’t know why he told you that”! This is not acceptable customer service; to physically laugh in a customers face! The bed was very hard and we actually like a firm bed, but this was rock hard! We were willing to overlook this until we were laughed at!
