This hotel is beautiful! Our room was so comfortable and updated. The staff was very friendly in coordinating our transportation and in making sure our needs were met. The restaurant was a little pricey, but they have nice live music and Happy Hours both at the restaurant and at the hotel pool. The pool was great and very clean. We also loved the location! Very close to all the restaurants, shops, and the beach!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Its really central and the room was lovely. We were also welcomed with a lovely dessert in our room upon arrival. Its about an 8min walk from the beach and has lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Twice during our 6 nights there was a bad smell from the bathroom, the first time reception offered to move us or have housekeeping take a look. We opted to stay and have housekeeping look (which sorted it out) and the second time was the night before we left so we didn't say anything. Overall the hotel was lovely and we would definitely come back!

Perfect, value for money, nearby many shops and restaurant, great breakfast, friendly staff. Only thing to improve is the water pressure in the room is low.

Wow this was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at! I'm pretty picky when it comes to where I stay, and I can't even think of one thing to complain about. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very attentive, we needed an iron, water towels etc and they came right away. The beds were very comfortable! The bathroom was nice and clean. The pool was one of the biggest highlights! There was a small pool for kids on the side. The pool was not shallow, I can't swim so it was perfect. Their test and drinks are kind of pricey but everything around there is. There was a mixed age group there, it was nice. Everything was of walking distanxeand the beach is barely a 10 min walk! Out of my enire trip this is the one hotel I can confidently say I would go back and stay at! There is an elevator I think the info said there isn't The power went out in the neighoirhood and we needed to shower after the pool, the staff was very helpful at making up for the inconvenience.

Wonderful hotel in central Ao Nang. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is situated in a great area of Ao Nang with lots of shops and night live. The hotel resistant is also really good. The only negative is loads of stairs but that is fine and keeps you healthy.

Very nice hotel, super comfy beds (instead of the hard Thai beds),good location, excellent buffet breakfast. Only down side was the girl at the omelet station who was never there when we went for breakfast 3 days in a row. We'd have to stand there for a while then someone would go in the back to get her. She would then come out shuffling her feet and with a miserable attitude like you were ruining her day. We complained to the manager about it. Everyone else was great.

Rooms were good and staff friendly and helpful. The one complaint we had was that although breakfast was until 10.30., even if you arrived well before 10.00., there were many items that were finished and not replaced. Especially the bacon, sausages, very limited selection of fruit, bread and cheese. I realise that no one wants to waste food, but small amounts could have been replenished or cooked by the chefs that were often not busy and had the empty food container pointed out to them.

We stayed here last year and came back to ao nang because we liked it so much . Rooms are nice , bed and beddings are wonderful and the location is very good

The hotel is convenient, the check in organization needs managing. Overall a good place to stay
