Worst hotel in terms of COVID-19 prevention. Only one hotel employee was wearing mask and even the breakfast preparing person did not wear the mask. Almost all the guests didn't wear the mask and the hotel didn't seem to care about it. Please avoid this hotel at all the cost if you care health of you and your family.

I liked how the property was clean and friendly staff we had when we was there.

We had a pleasant stay, our room had a few issues but it was due to a hailstorm that they had so understandable.

The stay war ok, but the person at the front desk DID NOT wear a face mask at all for the almost 12 hours we where there.

Clean room, nice staff, breakfast was ok, overall a decent stay.

Nice place and conveniently located...

The door to the second-floor staircase had blood on it which trailed on the walls in the staircase and to the first floor. I told the front desk hoping they'd quickly take care of it but three hours later, every drop was still there. After that, we also discovered blood on the walls of our floor so we were pretty disturbed. Definitely not something you want to find anywhere in your hotel. Also, I only saw one employee wearing a mask on one occasion for a two-night stay. Masks are currently required by the governor of Texas in all establishments so that was very unsettling.

This hotel is nowhere near worth over $100 a night! Walls are empty making it feel more like a depressing dorm room, not clean at all, in fact I noticed after already having slept using the comforter, that there was blood on it!! Completely disgusting!! Add that to the fact that we’re in the middle of a pandemic, and these are rooms are supposed to be extra clean, hell I would’ve just settled for clean at this point! Beds are super uncomfortable, it was just an absolute waste of money! If it wasn’t for the fact that I was in town on business and simply didn’t even have the spare time to pack my stuff back up and find somewhere else, I definitely would’ve left! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money!

The property was disappointing, the first night the shower was bagged up, could not enjoy my shower. The towels felt like sandpaper, the sheets did not get changed during turn down or when housekeeping came to clean the room. The housekeepers did not have masks or gloves on handling the dirty towels. I was just very disappointed altogether.

The room was hot most of the night. The room was clean.
