Sagebrush Inn & Suites

It was disappointing. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room because we have an infant and it smelled like cigarette smoke. When my husband opened the bathroom window to air the room out he almost stabbed himself with a used needle that was in the window seal. The shower curtain, curtains did not look clean there was stuff on them. The microwave had food in it and had never been cleaned. When my husband reported this it was unfortunately like it did not seem to matter. We had paid for the room so all we could was make the best out of the situation we had because we did not think there would be anything better.

Overall decent room. Fridge didn’t work, but we used outside ( it was in the teens). Room needed a little TLC such as doors not closing properly, lamp light out, some liquor from previous guest left in fridge. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

It was a nice place. Little dated. Our room key kept getting deactivated (not from us) so that was a pain but the service was great and they were very accommodating. Note: This is a pet friendly establishment (at least in the building with largest suites we were in) so be prepared as we had inconsiderate neighbors who let their dogs bark non stop every morning.

The kiva fireplaces are nice. We had to get moved from one room because of spiders to another which was a lot better, slightly inconvenient. Beds are comfortable and service friendly. They could use an upgrade on electrical outlets for technology.

Stayed at the Sagebrush during a quick getaway weekend. The staff were very friendly and super helpful with whatever we needed. The rooms are a little dated but the hotel is undergoing renovation. Very quiet location, lots of parking, and tons of character.

Almost everything was great. I did have a couple concerns. One was that i had to disinfect all door knobs. None of the door knobs had been cleaned in who knows how long. With Covid-19, that should be priority. My other concern is that some of the outlets are not secure. Last time we stayed we at Sagebrush, we noticed the same thing in a different room. Other than those concerns, we had a great time. Service is and was always outstanding. Thank you! We will return.

Loved it.

Check-in was fine...the place has been let go...this place is no longer one of the top Taos stays...it feels more like a cheap Motel than a quaint inn...stayed for 5 nights and had to call twice to unstop toliet... Had to ask for clean towels and linens..they don't even sweep the porch or terrace.. no amnenities any longer...We are very sad after staying here for 30 years.

Dirty, sheets not clean, toilet inoperable

Nice place nice room, but.. the room wasn’t cleaned looked like someone was chilling in it before we arrived. Room had no toilet paper, no soap, no firewood for fire place, there was a open coca-cola bottle in the fridge, bed had a lot of lint in the sheets like from black socks, there was bodily hair on the pillows and sheets. A plus is the room had a nice southwest look and feel, it was more the cleanliness of the room that was a downer
