Cancun Resort by Diamond Resorts

The resort was okay but some things of concern is the amount of bleach that they used in the pool. It made our eyes red and our skin dry and itchy. The music at the pool was not a good selection. At one point, they played a depressing song. I think that the music should be updated and more uplifting. The food was okay and the service at the lounge near the pool was good. The resort fee is not worth it and was excessive. We didn't rent a car and it was the same exorbitant fee because we only used the pool once, didn't use any other amenities or extras onsite, and didn't use a rental car. I think that the management should take this into consideration and offer reduced resort fees to those guests who do not use the parking or facilities.

2 night rest at this hotel after long flight from New York. Very good hotel, only complaint is no vending machine on our floor had to go to the lobby to get snacks and soda. But room was great

Our stay was an accidental amazing surprise!! The friendliest and professional staff, most peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the strip . Room was very spacious and clean. We will definitely make this our regular stay and first choice in Vegas .

Great place. The room was nice. The pool was breath taking and the bar was a blast. They have a happy hour that should make you happy.
