We stayed here for 7 days for.my daughter's wedding. The homeowners were wonderful and available when we had questions. The house was beautiful and the rooms were perfect for our extended family. I would recommend this home to anyone looking in the Milford/WestHaven area. I will definitely reconsider if I ever need that space to accommodate my children and I when coming back to visit family.

it was a very nice, comfortable home with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a Christmas dinner away from home. we enjoyed the tv/technology to be able to stream music. the neighborhood was great for morning runs.

Our family of 6 loved spending Thanksgiving in this gorgeous house. As other reviews mention, it is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the light streams into the house. We really enjoyed the kitchen and dining area that has tons of room to gather and cook with family - including two ovens! Stacie and Mike were wonderful to work with too. We hope to return soon!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It was more beautiful than I expected. The water views were great, and being able to see the sunrise every morning over the water directly in front of the house was amazing. I almost didn’t rent this one because it was across the street from the water, but I’m so happy we did. It was perfect. The layout of the house was great and the beds were so comfortable. Communication with the owners was timely and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a group of friends coming back to New Haven for an alumni event. We wanted to share a house so we could spend the maximum time together. This house was perfect. It is lovely, updated, clean, beautiful location and the owners were great to work with. They were responsive, helpful and gracious. We plan to book again next year when we come back. Five of us were in CT for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bright, very clean home across the road from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the home had most everything we needed. Would definitely stay again, thank you so much!

I rented this home the day before & of my wedding so my myself, my mom and bridesmaids could spend the night and all get ready together. The house was gorgeous!!! Lots of room, I absolutely loved the master bedroom waking up to see the ocean. The owners of the home communicated quickly and were friendly. Everything was perfect :)

Stacie and Mike were "exceptional hosts". Their home was absolutely perfect for a "family girls weekend!". The home is spacious, clean and bright!! With a magnificent view of the ocean!! Sunrises were amazing! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Mike and Stacie

Stacie was very responsive whenever we had questions. The house is very nice, with an open concept first floor. The sunroom has beautiful water views. We spent lots of time out there, just relaxing and looking at the water. There's also a good size rear deck and backyard. We liked the fact that we could park in the rear. That's an easy way in and out. The master bedroom upstairs is large, as is the upstairs bathroom. We loved the kitchen and upstairs bathroom skylights, also. The house has lots of child-friendly amenities, such as a back yard, stepstools to reach bathroom sinks, a low toilet in downstairs bathroom, etc. Be careful with younger children, though. There is a step up from entryway to dining room, as well as a step down from LR to sunroom. There's plenty of drawer space throughout, but the master BR has no closet space for guests' use. Other than that and being unable to unlock master BR french doors to access the upstairs balcony, it was awesome. Overall we had a great time and want to return.
