This is the first time I ever have reviewed a hotel but this one deserves a poor review. It was outdated. When I arrived, I rang the RING doorbell and no one came to the desk. I rang the RING Doorbell again 5 minutes later and still no answer. I called the number of the hotel and it rang and rang until a man finally emerged. It took him 5-10 minutes to enter information off of my driver’s license and couldn’t hear my contact phone number because of the loud Indian music playing in the background. There wasn’t a place to change my phone on the nightstand. The room wasn’t well maintained. I was afraid to sleep on the bed. I paid over $100 a night for this and certainly expected more for my money.

America's worst!

The room was quite basic. And the only good thing was the wifi and the bed. There was NO HOT WATER! Lute warm at best for how many seconds it did last. House keeping did not clean our room the whole time were there. So there was a pile of linen til we left. Over priced vending machines that requires you to purchase from behind the counter. Advertised free beeakfast. And paid for it. But it was a cheap honey bun i could have went to Walmart for. Dont recommend this place to my worst enemy. All i can say us WOW... 😡😡😡

No one monitored the front desk and I spent about 15 minutes calling the number they had posted as well as wandering the property searching for ANYONE who could help me check in. It was mid afternoon.

Rooms were not properly cleaned, left over cereal on the floor, they would not initially honor Expedia booking price. My family was kicked out and forced to find somewhere else to stay after spending over $1000 for rooms, refunded but inconvenienced. Will never stay at this property again. We have been staying here for years when visiting Mounds (since I was a child) each time something happens but this took the cake, the last visit the manager told us not to take showers because water ran in the room below us. Never offered to switch us rooms and did not come in to fix the problem. Another year I had to take my hand and flush with the chain in the back of the toilet but they charge over $100 per night.
