Best Western Plus Hotel Bologna

The lady receptionist (probably approx. 40-50 of age, forgot to ask for her name) was extremely friendly and sympathetic. She served us with one of the best service possible and we did not wait long for the check in. The new wing is also completely refurbished and squeaky clean. The only thing missing was the heater in the toilet did not work, but that could be due to finish touches needed after the refurbishing. The location is needless to say excellent since the station is directly located over the street.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s directly across the street from the train station and a very quick ride to Venice. The front desk staff was good. Hotel has a nice feel to it. Breakfast buffet was good, but, the way it’s laid out makes it a crowded nightmare. The staff working it are grouchy and unfriendly and the one we interacted with was downright rude on New Years Day. Overall, it’s a good hotel close to Venice!

Great Location, My room was big with a nice bathroom.. Front desk was really friendly , Breakfast was OK, some of the waitresses at the breakfast room were not happy with there work, You can tell . rather than that , was a pleasant stay .

Great experience for my wife and our 2 kids. Upon arriving the staff was very friendly and spoke very good English. Quick check in. Rooms are updated, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was top quality with a great variety. We decided to stay here instead of in the main part of Venice because of the flooding. Also we had 4 large bags which are not so easy to take into Venice island hotels. It is a very quick, cheap, and easy train ride to Venice island. Trains run every few minutes, even late at night. Highly recommend this Hotel. Would stay here again.

Our room was super clean And modern, just across the street from the train station and close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

The front desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel absolutely welcome - after a difficult overnight flight. It was a truly wonderful stay, and we can't thank him enough.

Spacious room. Very helpful staff. When I asked for information about airport bus, the staff gave very detailed reply and gave me a timetable. There is a gym but I didn't use it. Location is just directly opposite the Mestre train station. Yet it is not noisy.
