Comfortable beds. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. They also need to get the cobwebs down. It's OK for a one night stay if you don't want to spend a lot. It is what it is.

Affordable, clean and quiet

They called me to confirm my arrival and had my room and key ready. Superb since i didnt have to wait after 6hrs driving. Rooms have been renewed. New floor and comfy bed. Bathroom was just ok. A great location right off the tpike.

No hot water!

I wasn't expecting much and got even less. The good: the bed was fairly comfortable. It has an in room fridge and mini fridge. Check in was easy. Major bad: the tub was gross AND there was zero hot water. None. You turned the faucet and nothing happened. Front desk argued there was. Told my boyfriend that the water was turned off and was broken behind the wall. I had to microwave a washrag to clean my face and microwave water to do my hair in the morning. I asked again at check out and was told that the water worked. Theanager walked to the room with me and insisted that something was wrong with the faucet. Nothing came out of the hot. He then turned the sink on to run on "hot". He insisted it got warmer. I had run it for almost 5 minutes nearly overflowing the sink prior and it never got near warm let alone hot. At best it was room temperature. Then the manger went to tell me I didn't know what it took to run his business and he's working 24 hour days. I get it but you dont rent out a room you can't even shower in! He did offer us to THEN change rooms! We were checked out. I already washed my hair and sponge bathed what I could and I was dressed because he wouldn't rectify the issue to begin with. The stuff I could have overlooked for a cheap room: The noise: lots of traffic noise. And apparently a family of clydesdales were staying above us. There was continuous noise from the stairs outside. The dirt: hairball and dirty tub.

Rude, nasty, disrespectful

The check in was good as long as you were dealing with the gentleman at the front desk. Let me tell you though, once the younger front desk , not even going to call her a woman, she is far from being a woman, that nasty, rude, disrespectful girl is at the front desk it’s not so pleasant anymore. She acts like she owns the place. She will talk over you, demands to come to the front desk and pay a pet fee at 10:30 at night, that by the way has not been charged when the owner checked me in. I don’t know who she thinks she is, but she most certainly needs a attitude adjustment. People forget who gives them their pay check, she definitely needs to think about that. One more thing, don’t disturb her unless you are checking in. Any complaints or questions you have she feels bothered by.

Not happy

It was pretty clean. Took 3 tries to get into a room. 1st lock didn't work. Then tv didn't work. Finally 3rd room worked but only the door lock worked. There was not a dead bolt thing. Either removed or broke. Employee was very irritated i kept asking for a new room and told me if 3rd doesn't work she cant move me again. She made me come to lobby everytime to try to get things situated instead of coming to me. I did speak to the owners the next morning but it still doesn't change the fact of the items being broke. I have been at the same establishment over 3 times in the last month and half.

The place is really rundown. The shower area needs upgrade, the water taps were hard to open/close, the door had been kicked in many times would not close, had holes in it, hung to the frame by the skin of your teeth….the place needed paint and improvements. The sheets, pillows, mattress were in good conditions , were clean and smelled good.
