Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles/Hollywood

Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Everyone was willing to answer questions and assist. The valet parking crew was really kind and personable. The people at the front desk were genuinely helpful and engaging. The food was great.

Everything was great except the employee at the front desk. My first impression was unkind and rude at the Hampton Inn. Please try to hire kind employee!! I remember her name is Erika!!

Very spacious rooms and great staff

Great place. Wasn’t aware of the valet only parking when I booked. ( Side note: As an interior designer, I am disappointed when drapery in the lobby is not “in place” and hanging sloppily which was the case here. Also, all decorative light fixtures should be turned on in the evenings. Although this hotel has been decorated beautifully, the management should instruct their housekeeping in how to take care of these design details.)

Good central location. Employee service was good. Complimentary breakfast was adequate at best. The bed was good, the couch was mildly stained (not inviting). There seemed to be a limited supply of hot water for showers, most notably later in the morning.
