Clean Great service In the middle of town Friendly staff

On the website they show the gourmet restaurant but dinner was served in brasserie ‘theater keller ‘. Not good for a 5* hotel. When you will go to Baden Baden please choose another hotel

Superior hotel, great location across the street from the Xmas Mkt. Excellent service, Michael from the front desk was very helpful and very professional. One of the best rooms from our trip, parking worked out great. The spa area is also very nice, We would definitely come back to this hotel.

House keeping poor for a so-called 5 star. Room not prepared properly, carpets unhoovered, waste bins in room snd bathroom not emptied, bathroom and shower floor not properly cleaned, mattress topper on bed nothing less than filthy - ok these were seen to on complaining by an army of chambermaids but still - if they want to bluster about how proud they are to be part of Hommage Luxury Hotel Collection bla bla - then get the basics right. Another thing that is a real turn off - have you ever heard of hotel melon and bacon on a buffet ? That's when the bacon is 95% fat dripping in grease and the melon is more like a potato than melon. Breakfast buffets are all the rage and have been for years but how difficult can it be to have a chef/ cook cooking bacon and eggs to order at the display ? Also when breakfast is advertised as from 6.30 - 10.30 why shouldn't the display be just as full at 10.00 as at 6.30. Poor supervision of details like I have described above reflects sloppy attitude. If 5* Hommage Luxury Hotels can't be bothered to maintain quantities right through breakfast servings - cut down the hours of serving and at least maintain a full display - after all they know how to charge and the price is the same at 10.00 as at 6.30 - come on Maison Messmer - pull your socks up

Excellent room, and spa facilities. Location convenient to stores, restaurants, and Christmas market.

Keys stopped working at 9:30am (locked out), cleaning staff entered the room every ten minues or so around 9am(!), didn't receive free things promised with the Dorint card, was double charged for one night (and they even refused to talk to hotels.com about it!), coffee etc. wasn't replaced after first night. Nice building but not relaxing at all.

Property beautiful and convenient for walking. Bring a bathing suit as they have a nice indoor pool area I couldn’t use 😔.

Well located hotel. Very nice room. Breakfast was excellent. The safe did not work. The TV had some off on problems. Very clean. Nice spa.
