Cappadocia Cave Lodge

We stayed here for 3 nights and it really was a perfect trip. Our room was warm, spacious and very cosy. There was a very big breakfast selection and the host was always very helpful. From the terrace you can see the whole of Goreme and it has a lovely view of the balloons in the morning. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the city centre, not so bad walking down the hill but coming up is a little hard if you are unfit like me! I really can't fault anything about the hotel - thank you and we will be back to stay if we are ever in Cappadocia again!

Very impressed with this lodge ! The view was amazing, staff was always ready to assist and very kind, and the room perfect! I had the best sleep, comfortable mattress, and a very quiet room. I would highly recommend.

While this hotel is a bit hard to find, even for taxi drivers, it is a great place to stay in to enjoy the beauty and charm of Cappadocia. The hotel offers a great place to watch the hot air balloons arise and to take some of the classic photos you see online, as that is probably one main reason to visit Cappadocia. However, beyond that, the hotel offers a certain charm that can not be beat, with a great breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

There are many cave hotels in Cappacocia but we especially enjoyed the Cave Lodge. Until recently this was a family home and it still felt as if we were guests of this amazing family. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. When we were on the deck talking late, they brought nuts and blankets; when we were watching the balloons, they brought us tea. Excellent recommendations for tours, comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast! It is also the highest rooftoop in the area, so amazing for viewing the valley and the daily balloons. Stay 3 mornings. 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic family run hotel. Clean and nice cave rooms, helpful and delightful staff, great breakfast and absolutely fantastic location. If you will be in Capadoccia for a couple of nights - this is the perfect stay for you.

It's an amazing family-run hotel with amazing service. The view of the famous balloons from the Terrace is also magically. Apart from the location, the breakfast is superb... lastly I would like to say on my last day, I had to check out early before breakfast. The hotel team prepared me a takeaway breakfast, such special people. Try it!
