Inn at the Peachtrees, Ascend Hotel Collection

Terrible. Started with 40 minute wait to park in a two way gated garage that was blocked by patron. Power out in building 2am til 4 am with fire alarm system malfunction all night. No maid service between nights. No breakfast as advertised check in very slow, had 1or 2 at desk that worked very hard to get a lot of people taken care of

My elderly mother and I booked this hotel for a quick overnight on a longer trip. Although we already booked the hotel, after arriving in the room, we did not stay and found lodging elsewhere (so a pricey overnight trip as this was nonrefundable). The hotel room smelled musty and there were several cockroaches dead along the area outside of the bathroom where the sink and mirror were located. Although I have always used hotels.com and am very happy with their reviews and services, this hotel had good reviews, yet was so dirty that my mother was uncomfortable staying there. I hope this was an isolated incident and the hotel in its entirety was not as badly managed as this room.

Terrible experience. We never come back

I will not book again the room was unsanitary and hadn’t been properly cleaned prior to our arrival how embarrassing to invite a friend out of town and arrive to a horrible hotel room

the furniture had scratches on it and it took a long time for us to get towels.....it is decent but not really high class as it appears

All of the furniture was battered and torn. I had to change rooms twice, first due a cracked sink. The second room was not clean and the furniture was in the middle of the floor. The third room was clean but the carpet was pulled up around the edges. I stayed here a year ago and it was very nice but I won't be staying here again.

I thought unless I requested, there WOULD be room housekeeping (COVID19).After learning the default was no servive, I was pleased with asking them to deliver towels and setting my trash outside my room. As each guest checks in they should be notified of their COVID practices preferably in writing. Also, needed a TV channel listing, nearby restaurant suggestion guide in room. Laminate or new one for eavh guest.

If I could have I would have requested a refund and booked another hotel!! To start the bathroom wall had a hole behind the door also were holes in the wall in the room not only the bathroom). Shower in the room was completely loose and hanging from the wall couldn’t adjust where the water going without feelikng like the whole thing washing to come off, toilet had nice leak , had to put towels around it to keep the floor dry. We seen several bugs in the room including a grasshopper inside the drawer above the mini fridge, little gnats by the sink/ closet area and a few more in the wall/ headboard area(thank god nothing actually on the bed. Speaking of the bed, the bed had a tag that told u which way the bed should be rotated and not to my surprise in the slightest it was incorrect. Also the remote for tv had to be replaced several times as none of them worked until we were given a completely different brand. All in all one of , if not the worst place I’ve ever stayed best thing about this place is the location but for the price you pay you can stay at any other hotel in the area!

The location was cool however the parking want good

Dirty Rooms, loud music after 10pm and also other guests smoking weed everywhere
